These soils have good water penetration and retention, are fertile, with a high clay content.The color of the Neethlingshof Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby red. The bouquet shows lots of plum, cherry, blackcurrant and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is rich and full, with ripe fruit flavors supported by soft tannins.The grape juice was aged for 8 months in second-fill French wooden barrels. This gave the wine a soft woody note.The Neethlingshof Cabernet Sauvignon is a delicious all-rounder that goes well with red and white meat dishes as well as pasta and mild cheese.This dry South African red wine is vegan.
