Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir - fruity Burgundy full of expression.The winegrowers of the Nuiton-Beaunoy cooperative have been dedicated to winegrowing on the Côte d'Or since 1957. The vines are over 20 years old and grow on clay and limestone soils, which give the Pinot Noir its typical elegance and structure.Vinification is carried out carefully in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before ageing on the lees, also in stainless steel. This preserves the clear fruit, while the wine gains additional fullness and liveliness.In the glass, the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a deep purple red with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as cherries and redcurrants as well as dark notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. On the palate, the red wine is lively, juicy and round, with a generous, fruity structure.This Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to fillet of beef, braised veal shoulder or mature cheese. It is best served at 14 to 16 °C to bring out its fruity elegance and full character. With a maturation potential of around 5 years, it also offers fine development in the bottle.

Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC 2021

Der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC aus dem sardinischen Gebiet Anfiteatro gedeiht in einem Tal, das ganztägig der südlichen Sonne ausgesetzt ist. Dadurch werden die Trauben mit viel Frucht, Struktur und Komplexität versorgt. Der immer gleichzeitig vorherrschende Wind sorgt für einen kühlenden Ausgleich. Das Besondere an diesem Wein ist sein biodynamischer Ansatz. Es werden weder Enzyme noch Reinzuchthefen bei der Gärung verwendet. Etwa ein Drittel des Mostes wird in Amphoren bis zu 25 Tage auf den Schalen vergoren. Das erreicht die intensiv dunkelrote Farbe. Die Reifung erfolgte für etwa 8 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern zweiter und dritter Füllung. Um den natürlichen Charakter des Weins zu erhalten wurde bewusst auf eine Klärung verzichtet. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von Waldfrüchten und rauchige Noten. Am Gaumen ist der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC frisch, rund und sehr lebendig. Die gut eingebundenen Tannine und die angenehme Säure wirken ausgewogen und konzentriert.

Rubinrot mit violettem Schimmer glänzt der Dolcetto D’Alba Magna vom Weingut Paolo Manzone im Glas. Der reinsortige Dolcetto aus dem Piemont wurde von Luca Maroni mit 92 Punkten geadelt. Ein weiterer Beleg der Schaffenskraft von Paolo Manzone. Das Gut liegt etwa 80 Kilometer südlich von Turin.Der italienische Rotwein duftet animierend facettenreich nach Erdbeeren und Kirschen. Die intensive Fruchtigkeit des Bouquets wird darüber hinaus bereichert durch Noten von Lakritz und Veilchen. Am Gaumen ist der Paolo Manzone Dolcetto D’Alba Magna trocken, frisch und weich, mit einer eindrücklichen Aromentiefe. Aromen von roten Früchten, vor allem Erdbeeren, ergeben mit Noten von Schokolade und Kirschkonfitüre ein wunderbares Zusammenspiel, das noch länger nachklingt. Die Trauben für den Rotwein stammen von verschiedenen Lagen mit etwa 30 Jahre alten Rebstöcken rund um die legendäre Stadt Alba im Piemont, berühmt vor allem für weißen Trüffel. Der Dolcetto wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.
