The vineyards are exposed to the northwest and southeast, thus benefitting from optimal sunshine and giving the wine its special complexity and an enormous fullness. The wine has a clear, brilliant colour with light green glints. On the nose, it offers very fine nuances of coal, complemented by aromas of juicy apples and hints of lime.The Allesverloren Chenin Blanc is well-balanced, with restrained acidity. Nevertheless, it is lively, fresh and soft on the palate. The ripe notes of stone fruit particularly underscore this taste experience. We recommend serving this wine with light chicken dishes, summer salads or seafood.

Um die Eigenschaften der Trauben zu bewahren, werden traditionelle Techniken mit modernen Maschinen kombiniert.Im Glas zeigt sich der Mantel Blanco strohgelb mit grünen Reflexen. Das Bouquet hat angenehme Aromen von Kernobst und Zitrusfrüchten, wobei die Zitrusfrüchte im Hintergrund mitspielen. Geschmacklich weist dieser Wein eine außerordentliche Eleganz und Ausdrucksstärke vor.Der Weißwein aus Spanien dient super als Aperitif, kann aber auch zu Gemüse und Salat, Reis und Fisch oder Meeresfrüchten bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 8-10 °C getrunken werden.

The Valmoro Rueda Verdejo from the Álvarez y Díez winery is an authentic wine from the Rueda region in Spain. In the high altitudes of the Rueda region, there are significant temperature differences between day and night. This gives the vines a good balance between sugar and acidity. To emphasize the fruit, the harvest takes place at night. This allows fermentation to begin in the coolest possible conditions.In the glass, the dry Spanish white wine shines bright yellow. The bouquet has intense aromas of lime, pear, pineapple and fennel. There are also notes of freshly cut grass and aniseed. On the palate, Álvarez y Díez Valmoro Rueda Verdejo is lively and balanced with an unobtrusive minerality and notes of ripe citrus fruits. "Den Wein als Kunstwerk verstehen, von der Erde bis zum Glas". Danach lebt das Weingut Alvarez y Diez, das in Rueda gefestigt ist. Das spanische Weinanbaugebiet liegt in einer Hügellandschaft in Höhen von 600 bis 800 m. Die Böden sind sehr kieshaltig und bringen somit die stark mineralischen Töne in den Valmoro Rueda Verdejo Barrelfermented. Das in dieser Region vorherrschende Mikroklima ermöglicht eine Ernte der Trauben in den kühlen Morgenstunden. Hierdurch werden die natürlichen Säuren und frischen Fruchtaromen des Verdejos bewahrt.Nach 24 stündiger Maischestandzeit bei kontrollierter Temperatur wird der Most gepresst. 80% des Rebsafts werden anschließend ebenfalls bei kontrollierten Temperaturen in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Die übrigen 20% gären für 18-20 Tage in 225 L Fäßern. Das Eichenholz, das Alvarez y Diez hierzu verwendet stammt aus verschiedenen Küfereien. Das Ergebnis ist ein Weißwein, der die Fruchtigkeit der Trauben respektiert, aber mit mehr Komplexität und einem guten Gleichgewicht zwischen Säure und Alkoholgehalt. Bevor der beliebte Weißwein in den Vertrieb kommt, reift er noch mindestens 8 Monate in der Flasche.Im Glas zeigt sich der Alvarez y Diez Valmoro Rueda Verdejo Barrica in einer leuchtend strohgelben Farbe. In der Nase finden sich intensive Aromen von Limette, Birne, Ananas und Fenchel, grünen Kräutern und leicht getoasteter Eiche. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein mit reifer tropischer Frucht, frischer Säure und mineralisch mit ausgewogenen Eichenaromen. Der Abgang ist lang und anhaltend mit einer ausgewogenen Säure.

Der Wein stammt aus der südafrikanischen Region Western Cape, ist strahlend hell und hat eine blasse zitronige Farbe. Er prahlt mit einer Nase voller intensiver Pfirsich-, Blüten- und Zitronennoten. Diese Aromen setzen sich am Gaumen fort, mit frischen, knackigen Säuren, die perfekt mit festen Tanninen harmonieren. Die Fruchtaromen des Weins entfalten sich wunderbar und verweilen am mittleren Gaumen.
