Careful hand harvesting in small 15 kg crates ensures that the grapes go directly into the pneumatic press intact - a process that guarantees maximum aromatic purity and concentration. In the vineyard, organic practices and natural care are used to preserve the terroir characteristics in the best possible way.Vinification combines tradition and precision: after 24 hours of juice clarification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place on natural yeasts in regulated stainless steel tanks (60% of the volume) and in carefully selected oak barrels of different ages. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are carefully racked, blended and lightly fined with fish glue to achieve maximum clarity and elegance. Im Glas zeigt sich der Reyneke Reserve White in einem leuchtenden Goldgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen.
