The Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG is an Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes. The Pio Cesare winery, which has been in the family for five generations, has been producing outstanding red and white wines in Piedmont since 1881, taking care to treat the vineyard with the greatest possible care, with minimal intervention in nature. The excessive attention to detail even goes so far that no seasonal workers are used, but for reasons of continuity only experienced workers are employed, even during the harvest.This dedication is evident in the Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG. It is made from grapes from exclusive hillside vineyards in the Gavi region and is then fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures.
