The Ramon Bilbao Verdejo is a fresh, aromatic white wine from the historic wine region of Rueda. The traditional Ramon Bilbao winery uses the terroir of the plateaus to produce a Verdejo full of fruit, elegance and drinking pleasure.

It delights with citrus notes, juicy fruit, floral nuances and hints of freshly cut grass. It is light, balanced and fresh on the palate, with a harmonious body and a long finish.

The grapes come from the Finca Las Amedias and surrounding vineyards at an altitude of over 700 m on nutrient-poor, gravelly soils. Cold pre-fermentation enhances the varietal aromas, while inert gases preserve freshness and prevent oxidation.

Ramon Bilbao Verdejo is ideal with light starters, salads, seafood or summer dishes. Serve this white wine at 7-9 °C to experience the optimum freshness.
