Im Glas leuchtet der Weißwein aus der Paarl-Region strohfarben mit grünem Schimmer. Er duftet herrlich anregend nach Zitronenkonfitüre und Melba-Toast, tropischen Früchten und gerösteten Nüssen.

Am Gaumen ist der Plaisir de Merle Chardonnay trocken, wunderbar weich und frisch sowie herrlich aromatisch. Aromen von Feuerstein, weißer Birne und getrockneten Aprikosen ergeben ein köstliches Zusammenspiel, gekrönt von einem süßlichen, vollen Abgang.

Der Plaisir de Merle Méthode Cap Classique Brut ist ein wundervoller Botschafter der prickelnden Geschmackserlebnisse vom Kap.        Der nach klassischer französischer Tradition hergestellte Schaumwein ist eine Komposition aus Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Meunier. Im Glas strahlt der MCC von Plaisir de Merle in einem hellen Strohgelb mit feiner Perlage.Der Méthode Cap Classique Brut duftet anregend nach grünem Apfel, Grapefruit, Zitrone und Birne sowie feinen Hefe-Noten. Am Gaumen ist der südafrikanische Schaumwein trocken, mit einem angenehm weichen Mundgefühl und einer lebhaften Frische. Die aromatische Komplexität ist eindrucksvoll. A red wine from South Africa that is simply fun and a perfect companion for carefree hours: the Plaisir de Merle Estate Red is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. The blend matured for around one and a half years in French (70%) and American (30%) oak.The result is a small feast for the senses: Petit Plaisir smells of ripe cherries, blackberries, dark plums and blackcurrants. There are also nuances of raspberry, dark chocolate and vanilla.On the palate, this South African ruby red wine from the Paarl region is dry, aromatic and wonderfully smooth, with firm, velvety tannins. The finish is lingering, with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe plums.Enjoy this creation from the Plaisir de Merle winery at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. The blend is a fantastic accompaniment to a gently cooked beef steak with herb butter.
