Paradiso Posta Piana Primitivo Puglia IGT 2023

Another creation from the Italian Paradiso winery is the Posta Piana Primitivo IGT Puglia. The Pimitivo grapes from which the dry red wine is made grow on clay and limestone soils. The grape variety, which is so typical of the Puglia growing region, originally comes from Croatia. Mild winters and hot summers dominate the climate around Cerignola. The Primitivo grape is harvested in the last week of August so as not to be exposed to the sun for too long and to avoid diseases.The grapes are harvested when they are perfectly ripe and taken to the wine cellar, where they are sorted out. After destemming, the grapes are macerated at a temperature of 25-28°C and then pressed. The wine is matured separately. One part matures for a year in barriques and the rest in stainless steel tanks. After blending, the grape juice is bottled.In the glass, the Paradiso Posta Piana Primitivo IGT Puglia is ruby red in color with garnet reflections. Ripe red fruit plays around your sense of smell with a hint of vanilla and cloves. This wonderful red wine is particularly full-bodied on the palate. The acidity is well balanced and smooth. The tannins are skilfully integrated and the Primitivo has an excellent structure.Serve this dry red wine at a drinking temperature of 16-18°C with mature cheeses and fine salami.

The Patrizi Passo del Bricco Rosso Piemonte comes from the Azienda Vitivinicola Patrizi winery in the Piedmont region. This red wine is a cuvée of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. It owes its versatile bouquet and intense ruby red color with violet reflections to these grape varieties. It matures for eight months in barrique barrels.Its bouquet combines floral and fruity notes reminiscent of spring. This red wine offers aromas of violets and primroses as well as nuances of wild berries and cherries. A hint of vanilla and chocolate round off this wine. It also has plenty of body and is harmonious and velvety on the palate.A drinking temperature of 16 - 18 °C is recommended. Der People Cesanese Lazio IGP ist ein Rotwein aus der Region Lazio, die nach Veneto, Sizilien und Apulien eines der größten Weinbaugebiete Italiens ist. Das Gebiet ist hügelig mit vulkanischen Böden, die reich an organischen und mineralischen Substanzen sind.Im Glas leuchtet der People Cesanese Lazio IGP in einem tiefen Rubinrot. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von reifen roten Früchten, Kirschlikör, roten Blumen und Gewürzen. Am Gaumen ist der italienische Wein gut ausbalanciert, angenehm tanninhaltig und geschmeidig mit einem sehr langen fruchtigen Abgang.

Peppoli Chianti Classico DOCG 2023

Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico ist ein Rotwein aus der Toskana, den das Ausnahme-Weingut Antinori seit 1985 kreiert und der weltweit eine große Fangemeinde hat. Im Glas strahlt dieser italienische Rotwein aus den malerischen Landschaften zwischen Florenz und Siena rubinrot. Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico duftet herrlich fruchtbetont nach Kirschen, Johannisbeeren und Erdbeeren. Dazu kommen wunderbar harmonische Noten von Blüten. Vor allem Veilchen und Lavendel sind hier prägend. Würzige Nuancen (Lakritz) und feine Röstaromen vom Ausbau im Holz runden das Bouquet ab.Am Gaumen ist der Pèppoli trocken und angenehm weich, mit einer animierenden Frische und Fruchtigkeit. Der Chianti Classico besitzt durch den Ausbau im Holz viel Eleganz und Struktur, die samtigen, zarten Tannine sind gekonnt eingebunden. Das Finale ist geprägt von einer tollen Würze und Fruchtbetontheit. Dazu kommen die unterschwelligen Röstaromen, die das Geschmackserlebnis perfekt machen.Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico von Antinori wurde zum größten Teil über 9 Monate in großen Fässern aus slawonischer Eiche ausgebaut. Ein kleinerer Teil reifte in Barriques und in Edelstahlbehältern.

Peter Zemmer Furggl Lagrein Reserve DOC 2023

In the South Tyrolean “Unterland”, in the middle of the valley, surrounded by orchards and vineyards near the river Adige lies the traditional winery Peter Zemmer. The Lagrein Reserve is a wonderful creation from the autochthonous variety.The characterful red wine has a garnet red color with purple hues. On the nose, a gorgeous multifaceted bouquet, with notes of violets, dark chocolate, berries, licorice and vanilla. On the palate, velvety, with a clear structure and supple, soft tannins.The wine comes from selected individual vineyards. 15 months the Lagrein Reserve matured in barrique-barrels, after the assemblage ten months in large oak barrels. This was followed by a six-month aging on the bottle. The wine is thanks to this long maturation phase remarkably balanced.Enjoy this fine wine with red meats, game dishes or spicy cheese.

Connoisseurs can rejoice: you can't get much better value for money.The red wine from Tuscany is a creation of 55% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Franc. The bouquet of Petra Hebo is wonderfully complex. It combines notes of mulberries, black cherries, blueberries and red plums with hints of pureed tomatoes. Floral nuances (peonies, violets) and a fine minerality as well as hints of tobacco and earth complete the bouquet.On the palate, this red wine from Italy is dry with a medium body. The Petra Hebo is remarkably fresh and juicy, with soft, skillfully integrated tannins. The finish is wonderfully fruity and aromatic.The Petra winery, run by Vittorio Moretti and his daughter Francesca, is located in Suvereto, just over 100 kilometers south of Pisa. This is where the ruby red wine Hebo is produced. In der kleinen Gemeinde San Lorenzo, etwa 60 Kilometer östlich von Grosseto, befinden sich die Weinberge, auf dem die Trauben für den Petra Quercegobbe heranreifen. Dieser Rotwein aus der Toskana ist eine weitere Kreation des Weingutes, die die Weinbaukunst der Macherinnen und Macher von Petra unter Beweis stellt. Regelmäßige Punktebewertungen der nationalen und internationalen Weinkritik jenseits der 90 Punkte untermauern den Erfolg des Projektes, hinter dem Vittorio Moretti und seine Tochter Francesca stehen. Der Petra Quercegobbe hat eine intensive rubinrote Farbe. Intensiv fruchtige Noten von Heidelbeeren, Himbeeren, Schwarzkirschen und Pflaumen prägen das Bouquet. Sie harmonieren wunderbar mit würzigen Noten von Rosmarin und Myrte. Nuancen von Lakritz, Zimt und Pfeffer vervollständigen den Duftstrauß. Am Gaumen ist der reinsortige Merlot trocken und vollmundig, mit kräftigem Körper und großer Eleganz. Seidige, wunderbar eingebundene Tannine, eine merkliche Mineralität und eine feine Säure ergeben ein ausgewogenes Zusammenspiel. Der Petra Quercegobbe besitzt eine bemerkenswerte Frische und ein harmonisches Finale, das noch länger nachklingt.6 bis 7 Monate reifte dieser italienische Rotwein im Eichenholz, wobei zu 20% neue Fässer zum Einsatz kamen. Im Anschluss wurde der Wein 6 bis 7 Monate in der Flasche verfeinert.

Pio Cesare Barbaresco DOCG 2019

Der Barbaresco DOCG ist ein klassischer und ultimativer Nebbiolo aus dem Piemont vom Weingut Pio Cesare.Die Trauben stammen fast ausschließlich aus der Gemeinde Treiso. Die restlichen Trauben stammen von Weinbergen in Barbaresco und San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. Dies führt zu einem Wein mit mehr Komplexität aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Terroirs. Die Gärung findet mit optimalem Kontakt zwischen den Schalen und dem gärenden Wein statt, um dem Wein Farbe und Charakter zu verleihen. Die Trauben gären bei etwa 25 Grad und bleiben zwischen drei und vier Wochen mit dem gärenden Wein in Kontakt. Anschließend reift er in Barriques, dabei zum Teil in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Ein Teil des Barbaresco DOCG erfuhr eine Reifung im Holz von bis zu drei Jahren, um ihm mehr Komplexität zu verleihen und Eleganz und Samtigkeit des Weins weiter zu betonen.Der Barbaresco DOCG duftet nach Gewürzen, Trüffeln, Marmelade, mit schöner Vanille, sehr breit und komplex. Im Mund viel Finesse und Komplexität, kraftvoll und elegant zugleich, reine, schöne Vanille, feine Säure und schöne Tannine. Ein langer Nachhall schließt den Wein perfekt ab.Solo ein begeisternder Wein, aber auch toll zu kräftigen Gerichten, gedünstetem rotem Fleisch, rotem Wild, Reh, Hase oder kräftigem Käse.
