The Paradiso winery, which is well-known in Apulia, strives to offer the best quality and the best value for money. The estate was founded in 1954 and set itself the goal of constantly improving and finding new ways to age the wines even more gently. Cantine Paradiso has since been rewarded with numerous awards for its Primitivos, Negroamaros and Nero di Troias.The vineyards, with their calcareous clay soils, are located in the vicinity of Cerignola. Mild winters and hot summers dominate the climate in this region. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October. After destemming, the grapes are crushed and macerated for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 27°C. The grapes are then pressed. They are then pressed. The Italian red wine is stored for 2 months in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to oak barriques, where the wine matures for 12 months. A further 4 months of ageing in the bottle follows before release.An impenetrable ruby red color with violet reflections appears in the glass. Drei Generationen bodenständiger, traditionsbewusster und innovationsfreudiger Winzer. Dafür steht das italienische Weingut Paradiso, das für seine üppigen roten Weine bekannt ist. Der reinsortige Paradiso Posta Piana Negroamaro IGP Puglia ist einer von ihnen. Seine Negroamaro Trauben wachsen auf Ton und kalksteinhaltigen Böden in der Umgebung von Cerignola in der Region Apulien. Milde Winter und heiße Sommer gehören hier mit zu einem einzigartigen Terroir.In der letzten Septemberwoche ist es dann endlich so weit. Die Trauben für diesen wunderbaren Rotwein werden geerntet. Nach dem Entrappen findet eine zehntägige Mazeration bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 25-28°C statt. Dies gilt für einen Teil der Trauben. Der übrige Teil wird bei niedrigeren Temperaturen mazeriert, um den Fruchtgeschmack zu erhöhen. Nach dem Pressen wird der Rotwein getrennt ausgebaut. Für ein Jahr verweilt ein Teil in Barriques und der Rest in Edelstahltanks. Hiermit wird ein besseres Gleichgewicht zwischen Frucht und Würze erreicht. Nach der Abfüllung in Flaschen reift der Paradiso Posta Piana Negroamaro IGP Puglia weitere 2 Monate.Im Glas begeistert der Wein aus Apulien durch seine tiefe rubinrote Farbe. Die Nase ist intensiv mit frischen Kirschfrüchten, Erdbeeren und würzigen Aromen. Am Gaumen ist der Paradiso dicht, weich, ausgewogen und anhaltend.

Wunderschönes Apulien. Sonne, Meer, Kultur und natürlich Wein. Mengenmäßig ist Apulien die größte Weinbauregion Italiens. Ein hervorragender Ort, um ein Weingut aufzubauen, dachte sich Großvater Angelo in den 50er-Jahren. Mit Erfolg. Heute gehört das Weingut Paradiso zu einem der bekanntesten in der Region. Natürlich darf ein Rotwein aus der für die Region typischen autochthonen Rebsorte Nero di Troia in Paradisos Sortiment nicht fehlen und so entstand der Posta Piana Nero di Troia IGP Puglia.Geerntet werden die vollreifen Trauben in der zweiten Oktoberwoche. Nach dem Entrappen unterliegt ein Teil der Früchte einer Mazeration bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 25-28°C. Der restliche Teil wird bei niedrigeren Temperaturen mazeriert. Hierdurch werden die fruchtigen Noten verstärkt. Nun werden die Beeren gepresst. Der Rebsaft wird in Folge wieder aufgeteilt. Ein Teil reift ein Jahr in Barriques, der andere Teil reift in Edelstahltanks. Mit diesem Vorgang wird ein optimales Gleichgewicht zwischen Frucht und Würze erreicht. Nach der Flaschenabfüllung reift der Wein 2 weitere Monate, bevor er auf den Markt kommt.Der Paradiso Posta Piana Nero di Troia IGP Puglia ist rubinrot. In der Nase gefällt ein intensives und komplexes Bouquet mit einer Mischung aus frischen Früchten, so wie Erdbeere, Kirsche und Myrte, ergänzt mit würzigen Aromen von Rosmarin, Salbei und Vanille. Der Gaumen ist weich, intensiv und anhaltend.

Eine weitere Kreation des italienischen Weinguts Paradiso ist der Posta Piana Primitivo IGT Puglia. Auf Ton und kalksteinhaltigen Böden wachsen die Pimitivo Trauben, aus denen der trockene Rotwein gekeltert wird. Die Rebsorte, die für die Anbauregion Apulien so typisch ist, stammt ursprünglich aus Kroatien. Milde Winter und heiße Sommer beherrschen das Klima rund um Cerignola. Um der Sonne nicht zu lang ausgesetzt zu sein und Krankheiten zu vermeiden, wird die Primitivo Traube schon in der letzten Augustwoche geerntet.Die Trauben werden zu angegebenen Zeitpunkt bei, für diesen Posta Piana, perfekter Reife geerntet und in den Weinkeller gebracht, wo sie aussortiert werden. Nach dem Entrappen werden die Beeren bei einer Temperatur von 25-28°C mazeriert und anschließend gepresst. Der Wein wird getrennt ausgebaut. Ein Teil reift ein Jahr lang in Barriques und der Rest in Edelstahltanks. Nach dem Verschnitt wird der Rebsaft in Flaschen abgefüllt.Im Glas zeigt sich der Paradiso Posta Piana Primitivo IGT Puglia in rubinroter Farbe mit granatroten Reflexen. Reife rote Früchte umspielen Ihren Geruchssinn mit einem Hauch von Vanille und Gewürznelken. Am Gaumen ist der herrliche Rotwein besonders vollmundig. Der Säuregehalt ist gut ausgeglichen und geschmeidig. Die Tannine sind gekonnt eingebunden und der Primitivo ist von exzellenter Struktur.

Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico ist ein Rotwein aus der Toskana, den das Ausnahme-Weingut Antinori seit 1985 kreiert und der weltweit eine große Fangemeinde hat. Im Glas strahlt dieser italienische Rotwein aus den malerischen Landschaften zwischen Florenz und Siena rubinrot. Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico duftet herrlich fruchtbetont nach Kirschen, Johannisbeeren und Erdbeeren. Dazu kommen wunderbar harmonische Noten von Blüten. Vor allem Veilchen und Lavendel sind hier prägend. Würzige Nuancen (Lakritz) und feine Röstaromen vom Ausbau im Holz runden das Bouquet ab.Am Gaumen ist der Pèppoli trocken und angenehm weich, mit einer animierenden Frische und Fruchtigkeit. Ein kleinerer Teil reifte in Barriques und in Edelstahlbehältern.
