National and international wine critics have awarded the Petra Hebo Rosso Toscana IGT top marks. Connoisseurs can rejoice: you can't get much better value for money.

The red wine from Tuscany is a creation of 55% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Franc. The bouquet of Petra Hebo is wonderfully complex. It combines notes of mulberries, black cherries, blueberries and red plums with hints of pureed tomatoes. Floral nuances (peonies, violets) and a fine minerality as well as hints of tobacco and earth complete the bouquet.

On the palate, this red wine from Italy is dry with a medium body. The Petra Hebo is remarkably fresh and juicy, with soft, skillfully integrated tannins. The finish is wonderfully fruity and aromatic.

The Petra winery, run by Vittorio Moretti and his daughter Francesca, is located in Suvereto, just over 100 kilometers south of Pisa. This is where the ruby red wine Hebo is produced. It matures for at least 12 months in oak barrels, with second and third-fill barrels being used.

Enjoy this excellent wine from Tuscany at a drinking temperature of 14 to 16 degrees. Tip: Decant the Petra Hebo one hour before drinking. This ruby red wine is the perfect accompaniment to game dishes or pasta with creamy sauces.

In der kleinen Gemeinde San Lorenzo, etwa 60 Kilometer östlich von Grosseto, befinden sich die Weinberge, auf dem die Trauben für den Petra Quercegobbe heranreifen. Dieser Rotwein aus der Toskana ist eine weitere Kreation des Weingutes, die die Weinbaukunst der Macherinnen und Macher von Petra unter Beweis stellt. Regelmäßige Punktebewertungen der nationalen und internationalen Weinkritik jenseits der 90 Punkte untermauern den Erfolg des Projektes, hinter dem Vittorio Moretti und seine Tochter Francesca stehen. Der Petra Quercegobbe hat eine intensive rubinrote Farbe. Intensiv fruchtige Noten von Heidelbeeren, Himbeeren, Schwarzkirschen und Pflaumen prägen das Bouquet. Sie harmonieren wunderbar mit würzigen Noten von Rosmarin und Myrte. Nuancen von Lakritz, Zimt und Pfeffer vervollständigen den Duftstrauß.  Am Gaumen ist der reinsortige Merlot trocken und vollmundig, mit kräftigem Körper und großer Eleganz. Seidige, wunderbar eingebundene Tannine, eine merkliche Mineralität und eine feine Säure ergeben ein ausgewogenes Zusammenspiel. Der Petra Quercegobbe besitzt eine bemerkenswerte Frische und ein harmonisches Finale, das noch länger nachklingt.6 bis 7 Monate reifte dieser italienische Rotwein im Eichenholz, wobei zu 20% neue Fässer zum Einsatz kamen. Im Anschluss wurde der Wein 6 bis 7 Monate in der Flasche verfeinert.

Since its founding in 1995, Bodegas Salentein has spared no effort to become one of the premium wineries in Argentina. The winery succeeded in recruiting star oenologist José Galante, and invested millions in the construction of the wine cellar that was built underground in the shape of a cross and equipped with the latest technology. The Salentein Barrel Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most outstanding results of these efforts.
