The Vite Colte Barbera d'Asti Superiore Luna e i Falo is made from 100% Barbera grapes. The vineyards in the famous Piedmont wine region cover 60 hectares and are carefully tended by the winegrowers. The yield is low, but of high quality. The aim of the Vite Colte winery is to obtain a better wine with the best balance between structure and aroma.Vinification is carried out in the traditional way with a 10-day maceration at a temperature of 20-30 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for around 12 months in barriques, where this well-structured Barbera continues to improve and develop into a complex and elegant wine.The color of the Superiore is ruby red and the bouquet is rich and deep, with a complex balance of violet, licorice and vanilla notes. On the palate, this Italian red wine is crisp and dry with a long finish.

Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019

This wine shows an excellent fullness, majestic aromas and an outstanding balance among all components, giving it ideal potential for prolonged ageing. The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a sensational masterpiece of taste and fragrance. The Amarone has an impressive elegance, ripe fruit and an inviting bouquet. It is ruby-red in colour and shows fine hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is impressively powerful, with warm, rich nuances of wild cherry and chocolate. The Amarone is a little jewel in the range of Zenato wines. It is made of the excellent Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes, which come from the Valpolicella Classico region from the municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. The grapes are harvested and picked by hand and subsequently dried for a period of three months. As a consequence, much of the liquid evaporates, resulting in berries that are extremely rich in sugar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 30 months in oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.

In brillantem Rubinrot erstrahlt der Zenato Bardolino Rosso DOC im Glas, während eine blumig-fruchtige Note den Geruchssinn umschmeichelt. Sie riechen die Aromen von Brombeeren, Schwarzkirschen und den Duft einer Blumenwiese. Zenato Ripassa della Valpolicella DOC 0,375 l halbe Flasche 2020

Zenato gives the name “Ripassa” to this wine, which shares many of the characteristics of our Amarone.As soon as the fermentation is completed of the dried grapes for the Amarone, selected lots of Valpolicella are then “re-passed” on the Amarone pomace, thus initiating a second fermentation which increases slightly the alcoholic content and gives the wine deeper colour, increased extract, and more complex aromas.After six months’ bottle-ageing, the result is a rounded, velvet-textured wine with rich, complex aromas of berries and an impressively lengthy finish that seems to linger forever.Ripassa represents one of the most important milestones in Zenato’s winemaking evolution.
