Wenn ein Wein das Synonym für Finesse, Tiefe und perfekte Struktur ist, dann ist es dieses Weingut vom linken Ufer, das in der Klassifikation von 1855 als deuxième Cru geadelt wurde.Der Madame de Beaucaillou , bestehend aus 66% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon und 10% Petit Verdot, ist eine leichtere Spielart des Grand Vin, mit mehr Betonung auf der Frucht und Zugänglichkeit, bedingt durch den deutlich höheren Merlot Anteil. Obschon Ducru-Beaucaillou in Saint-Julien ansässig ist, liegen die Weinberge des Madame de Beaucaillou im Haut-Médoc, so dass er dieser AOC zugerechnet wird.Er reift für 12 Monate in Eichenfässern nach mit einem Neufassanteil von 20%.Eine tief violette Farbe begrüsst das Auge. In der Nase viel rote Früchte, Pflaumen, süsse Kirschen und Veilchenimpressionen. Am Gaumen schön rund, stoffig und mit einem wahren Fruchtkorb roter und dunkler Beerenfrüchte. Der Nachhall ist lang und spiegelt die Eindrücke am Gaumen perfekt wieder. Insgesamt eine sehr gelungene Mixtur von Frische, Struktur und Frucht, die uns hier mehr als begeistert hat.

This preserves the clear fruit, while the wine gains additional fullness and liveliness.In the glass, the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a deep purple red with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as cherries and redcurrants as well as dark notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. On the palate, the red wine is lively, juicy and round, with a generous, fruity structure.This Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to fillet of beef, braised veal shoulder or mature cheese. Pascal Jolivet took this statement by Winston Churchill to heart and created the Attitude Pinot Noir. This expressive wine comes from the Touraine region in the French Loire Valley and is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.The grapes, which come from clay and limestone-rich soils, were harvested by hand. Fermentation began after at least fifteen days and lasted 12 to 15 days. After fermentation, 10% of the red wine matured in new oak barrels and 90% in stainless steel tanks.The Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir AOC has a brilliant ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a very elegant finish, in which balance and finesse combine harmoniously and reflect the nobility of Pinot Noir.The Attitude Pinot Noir develops its aroma best at a drinking temperature of 14-16°C. The vineyards are mostly located near the coast, where the climate is dry and hot in summer.This French red wine is made from Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes. After destemming the fruit, fermentation takes place at 26°C. The grape mixture is frequently pumped over. The blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and a large proportion of Merlot comes from 19-year-old vines with small yields, but very high quality.
