Nuiton Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir - fruity Burgundy full of expression.

The winegrowers of the Nuiton-Beaunoy cooperative have been dedicated to winegrowing on the Côte d'Or since 1957. The vines are over 20 years old and grow on clay and limestone soils, which give the Pinot Noir its typical elegance and structure.

Vinification is carried out carefully in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before ageing on the lees, also in stainless steel. This preserves the clear fruit, while the wine gains additional fullness and liveliness.

In the glass, the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a deep purple red with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as cherries and redcurrants as well as dark notes of blackberries and blackcurrants. On the palate, the red wine is lively, juicy and round, with a generous, fruity structure.

This Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an excellent accompaniment to fillet of beef, braised veal shoulder or mature cheese. It is best served at 14 to 16 °C to bring out its fruity elegance and full character. With a maturation potential of around 5 years, it also offers fine development in the bottle.

Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir AOC
"Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference."
