This traditional creation by winemaker Paul Jaboulet Aîné offers aromas of red currants, a beautiful spiciness and vanilla notes. The French red wine is dry on the palate, with a medium body, velvety tannins and a long, spicy finish.

The Parallèle 45 Rouge, from vineyards in the southern Rhône valley at 45 degrees latitude, comes from 25-year-old vines. A wonderfully fruity wine matured in stainless steel tanks, it is a fine accompaniment to grilled meat and cheese variations.

Unter Leitung von Caroline Frey befinden sich große Teile der Rebflächen in biologischer und biodynamischer Umstellung, um die Ausdruckskraft der Böden und das Terroir bestmöglich im Wein widerzuspiegeln.

Die Weinberge erstrecken sich über rund 125 Hektar in renommierten Appellationen wie Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Joseph, aber auch in südlicheren Lagen wie Châteauneuf-du-Pape oder Côtes-du-Rhône. Die Weine zeigen je nach Lage und Stil ein breites Spektrum von kraftvoller Syrah-Intensität über florale Weißweine aus Marsanne und Roussanne bis zu eleganten Rot- und Weißkombinationen, stets geprägt von Finesse, Mineralität und klarer Struktur.

A beautiful everyday wine from Paul Mas.The Paul Mas Cabernet de Cabernet comes from valleys in the Languedoc. The climate there is Mediterranean, which results in round and soft wines. Around a fifth of the wine matured for 4 months in first and second fill barrels. The rest was matured in stainless steel tanks. Together, this results in a wine with a deep purple color and aromas of blackcurrants and various spices. The Paul Mas Cabernet de Cabernet is round on the palate, with soft tannins.
