Paul Mas Merlot IGP

The Merlot from Domaines Paul Mas is a wonderful pure varietal wine. On the nose, it seduces with fruity aromas of mulberries, plums, blackcurrants and a little chocolate. On the palate, the red wine is full-bodied and smooth, with delicate tannins. Due to the sophisticated wood maturation, it also shows a hint of vanilla, as 20% of the grape juice matured for four months in American oak barrels. The finish is elegant and long.

Enjoy the Paul Mas Cabernet Merlot with lamb, veal or simply with sausages. It also cuts a fine figure as an accompaniment to soft cheeses and mild semi-hard cheeses.

Domaines Paul Mas
