"Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference." "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference." Pascal Jolivet took this statement by Winston Churchill to heart and created the Attitude Pinot Noir. This expressive wine comes from the Touraine region in the French Loire Valley and is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.

The grapes, which come from clay and limestone-rich soils, were harvested by hand. Fermentation began after at least fifteen days and lasted 12 to 15 days. After fermentation, 10% of the red wine matured in new oak barrels and 90% in stainless steel tanks.

The Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir AOC has a brilliant ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a very elegant finish, in which balance and finesse combine harmoniously and reflect the nobility of Pinot Noir.

The Attitude Pinot Noir develops its aroma best at a drinking temperature of 14-16°C. Enjoy this dry red wine with lamb and other light meat dishes.

You will find the Pascal Jolivet winery in the beautiful French town of Sancerre. Sancerre is an AOC-certified wine-growing region located around the eponymous village of Sancerre on the Loire, opposite Pouilly-Fumé. Only the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties are cultivated in this region, as all other varieties are not allowed to be traded as AOC classified.The Sauvignon grapes used to make the dry white wine were vinified individually from three different terroirs. The terroirs differ in their soil types. These are chalky-chalky, clayey-chalky or consist of limestone and flint and give the Sauvignon Blanc grape its specific characteristics. The Sancerre Blanc matures for several months.In the glass, the white wine is bright and shiny golden yellow. Beautiful aromas of citrus fruit unfold on the nose. Les Jamelles Pinot Noir has a dark color with ruby red nuances. It is a Vin de Pays d'Oc IGP.This dry red wine impresses with aromas of red and black berries, mixed with floral tones and a delicate hint of wood and vanilla. On the palate, it is very complex and fruity, rich, long and full-bodied. Die Trauben für den reinsortigen Pinot Noir aus Südfrankreich gedeihen in Weinbergen an den Ausläufern der kühleren Pyrenäen und Cevennen auf Böden aus Kalkstein. Um die frischen Fruchtnoten im Wein zu erhalten, fängt die Weinbereitung mit zwei Tagen Kaltmazeration an. Es folgt eine weitere Gärung von zwei Wochen. Anschließend reift der La Villette Pinot Noir VdF für sechs Monate in französischer Eiche. In der Nase beeindruckt der Rotwein mit erfrischenden und subtilen Aromen von reifen Himbeeren und Preiselbeeren mit Noten von Pflaume und Toast.
