Fosso Corno Il Grande Silenzio DOCG ist ein 100%iger Montepulciano D’Abruzzo. Die Charakteristik dieser Rebsorte gibt dem Wein großartige Struktur und feine Eleganz.Der Wein, der seinen Ursprung in der unverwechselbaren Lage zwischen Adria und dem Gebirgsmassiv Gran Sasso in der Provinz Teramo hat, präsentiert sich in einem intensiven Rubinrot. In der Nase weich, duftend, an Pflaumen und Lakritz erinnernd. Der „Il Grande” ist ein warmer, runder und samtiger Wein mit vollem Körper und einer klaren Persönlichkeit.Nach der Gärung lagerte der Wein zur Reifung 12 Monate im französischen Eichenholzfass und weitere 2-3 Monate zur Verfeinerung in der Flasche.Fosso Corno II Grande Silenzio ist ein idealer Begleiter von Nudelgerichten mit Fleischsauce, Braten- und Wildbretgerichten sowie zu Käsevariationen.

Das Weingut Fosso Corno zeigt mit dem Fosso Corno Mayro erneut seine Meisterschaft in der Verarbeitung der Montepulciano-Traube. Warm und körperreich überzeugt dieser Tropfen alle Genießer mit einer Vorliebe für charakterstarke Weine.Die Montepulciano-Traube muss für den Fosso Corno Mayro vom gleichnamigen Weingut Fosso Corno erst in Edelstahlbehältern, dann 6 bis 8 Monate in Eichenholzfässern reifen. Danach wird der Wein noch bis zu 3 Monate in der Flasche ausgebaut.Trotz seiner Jugend zeigt diese Spezialität aus den Abruzzen eine undurchdringliche, sehr dunkle Farbe im Glas. Diese harmoniert mit dem reifen Duft nach Pflaumen, Kirschen und Lakritz, der typisch für diese Rebsorte ist. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein mit starkem Körper und rundem, warmem Mundgefühl ebenfalls ganz Montepulciano-typisch. Der Nachgang ist lang und angenehm.Ein solch intensiver Wein aus Italien benötigt rustikale Braten- oder Wildgerichte, um sich von seiner besten Seite zeigen zu können.

Fosso Corno Montepulciano Riserva DOC 2020

Der Fosso Corno Riserva ist eine Kreation aus 100% Montepulciano-Trauben, die ausschließlich vom Weingut Fosso Corno stammen. Zur Reifung lagerte dieser italienische Wein 12 Monate lang in Edelstahlbehältern und anschließend 12 Monate in Eichenholzfässern. Zur Verfeinerung blieb er weitere 2-3 Monate in der Flasche, bevor er auf dem Markt erhältlich ist. Der Wein aus den Abruzzen besitzt eine intensive rubinrote Farbe und ein weiches, duftendes Bouquet. Am Gaumen sind Noten von reifen Pflaumen und Lakritz prägend. Den Genießer erwarten zudem eine sehr gute Struktur und ein lang anhaltendes Finale.Genießen Sie diesen trockenen Rotwein zu Braten, Wild und reifen Käsesorten.

The Von Blumen Blauburgunder - Pinot Nero 514 comes from South Tyrol in Italy. More precisely, from the small municipality of Salurn, south of Bolzano. The grape variety has different names depending on the region and is also better known as Pinot Noir or Pinot Noir. It is considered one of the finest red grape varieties in the world and is also the most difficult to interpret. The vines at Von Blumen grow at an altitude of 514 meters above sea level. The Vajra Barbera d'Alba DOC is an expressive red wine from Piedmont. It comes from the high-altitude vineyards of the traditional G.D. Vajra winery, which has been a pioneer in organic viticulture since the 1970s. The grapes for this wine grow on different, sustainably cultivated terroirs - a diversity that gives the wine depth and complexity.Vinification is carried out with great care: the hand-picked Barbera grapes are fermented parcel by parcel, with long maceration times of up to 28 days. Traditional methods such as the "submerged cap" process are used to gently extract the fine aromas from the grape skins. The wine is then matured for around five months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, fruity style and to bring out the typical varietal notes perfectly.In the glass, the Vajra Barbera d'Alba is a bright purple red. The Vajra Barolo Albe DOCG is a stylish homage to the traditional Barolo style and the great masters ("maestri") of this world-famous wine region. The cuvée comes from high-altitude vineyards in the heart of Piedmont - sites located at 380 to 480 meters above sea level and with their different exposures (south-east to south-west) bring impressive complexity to the wine. The name "Albe" (plural of alba, Italian for "dawn") refers to the three sunrises that can be experienced there - a symbol of light, diversity and depth.The G.D. Vajra winery is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the Barolo region. Aldo Vajra switched to sustainable and organic farming back in 1971 - long before it became a trend. The vineyards are kept healthy in a natural way through greening and natural biodiversity. Intensive manual work, continuous research and the deliberate avoidance of standardized cellar techniques make Barolo Albe an authentic and lively wine.The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and selected three times - directly on the vine, as whole bunches and again as individual berries. Vinification is traditional, with long maceration periods of 30 to 61 days in specially designed vertical fermentation tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and 24 months of ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels give the wine structure, balance and longevity. Bottling only takes place after an extended ageing period to ensure maximum expressiveness.In the glass, the Vajra Barolo Albe is a clear garnet red with a bright core. The nose is dominated by fresh floral notes - rose petals, violets - accompanied by typical Nebbiolo aromas and fine balsamic nuances. The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from G.D. Vajra stands for the pure expressiveness of the grape variety. This red wine impresses with its aromatic depth, elegance and freshness - a real flagship for Piedmont and the potential of Nebbiolo outside of Barolo.The grapes come from young vineyards in both main geological zones of the Barolo region. The calcareous soils of the Tortonian and Serravalli formations provide structure, fruit and mineral clarity. Viticulture is organic, with a focus on sustainability, biodiversity and a lot of manual work.The grapes are harvested in October in the early hours of the morning. A maceration period of up to 26 days and subsequent ageing in stainless steel tanks for around six months preserve freshness and varietal typicity.The wine is a bright garnet red in the glass. Floral and fruity notes of roses, raspberries and mineral accents on the nose. Juicy and precise on the palate with aromas of cherry, sour cherry, wild strawberry and fine spice.
