Galante Sangiovese Appassimento DOC 2022

The Galante Sangiovese Appassimento is a high-quality red wine from Emilia-Romagna, the region in northern Italy. The pure Sangiovese was produced using the traditional "Appassimento method". After the harvest, the grapes dry in small boxes before being processed further. The aromas and the sugar become more concentrated, giving the wines an unmistakable aromatic depth.Even the bouquet of the Galante Sangiovese Appassimento is impressive. The Italian red wine smells of red cherries, wild berries, dried plums, chocolate and coffee as well as hints of violets. On the palate, the deep ruby red wine is creamy and velvety, with round, wonderfully integrated tannins as well as intense fruitiness and a pleasant sweetness. The finale lingers on for a long time.Enjoy the creation of the Terre Cevico cooperative, which is more than 50 years old, at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC ist ein Bio Rotwein, der aus den traditionellen, regionalen Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara auf dem italienischen Weingut Gorgo hergestellt wird. Jung gefällt er mit Fruchtigkeit, doch mit den Jahren legt er an Komplexität zu und bringt auch würzige Noten ins Spiel. Er ist der geselligste, frischeste aller Rotweine aus dem Gebiet von Verona und schmeckt solo ebenso wie zu den Mahlzeiten, bei denen er eine großartige Figur macht.Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC leuchtet rubinrot. In der Nase zeigt er sich fruchtbetont mit Noten von Kirsche, Heidelbeere und Johannisbeere. Vor allem durch den Ausbau kommen Anklänge an Gewürz hinzu. Im Geschmack ist er weich, mit feiner und dauerhafter Tanninstruktur, körperreich und süffig.Ein besonderer Genuß ist dieser Rotwein bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15-18°. Guado al Tasso Bolgheri DOC Superiore 2022

The Guado al Tasso is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wonderful wine comes from the Tenuta Guado al Tasso. It is located about 80 kilometres southwest of Florence, near the medieval village of Bolgheri. The grapes were aged separately in new oak barrels for 12 months. The best parts were assembled and matured for six further months in small barrels before the wine was bottled.The Merlot gives the Guado al Tasso, a subtle sweetness and density and intense aromas of dark fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of dark fruits and licorice. Cabernet Franc finally gives harmony and balance, while Petit Verdot completes the bouquet with a hint of spice.Enjoy an elegant wine from Tuscany, for which the grapes were handpicked and processed with great meticulousness.
