Hinzu kommt eine eindrucksvoll vielfältige Würze. Noten von Lakritz, Zimt, Tabak sowie von Unterholz, Rosmarin und Zartbitterschokolade ergeben einen faszinierenden Duftstrauß. Der Guía Peñín erkennt im Bouquet auch Nuancen von Weihrauch.Am Gaumen ist der Familia Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Reserva trocken und bemerkenswert samtig weich. Die prägenden Tannine sind meisterhaft eingebunden. Der Tempranillo besitzt viel Körper, Struktur und eine große Eleganz. Das Finale mit seiner fruchtbetonten, komplexen Aromentiefe klingt lange nach.Mindestens 14 Monate reifte der Pesquera Reserva in 225-Liter-Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche. Servieren Sie den Wein bei einer Temperatur von 16 bis 18 Grad. Unsere Empfehlung: Dekantieren Sie den Tempranillo 30 Minuten vor dem Genuss. Er ist ein perfekter Begleiter zu einem hochwertigen Rinderfilet oder zu einem Lammbraten. Auch zu reifem Käse eine sehr gute Wahl.

The Tokara Director's Reserve Red has a deep purple color with red brick tones on the rim. An intense and complex wine with aromas of dark berries and cassis on the nose. There are also notes of dark chocolate, herbs such as fennel, wonderfully complemented by nuances of mint, which are so typical of Tokara wines. Lush on the palate, characterized by aromas of mocha and ripe berries. The tannins are very present. Dry on the finish. Der Tommasi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG ist eine Cuvée aus vier Valpolicella-Rebsorten. So ist er aus Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Corvinone und Molinara gekeltert. Für diesen Amarone verwendet das Weingut Tommasi Viticoltori ausschließlich die am besten ausgereiften Cluster und lässt die Trauben über den Winter in offenen Regalen trocknen. Danach reift der Wein drei Jahre in Eichenfässern und ein Jahr in der Flasche.Dadurch leuchtet dieser Wein im Glas in einem tiefen Rubinrot und hat ein intensives Bouquet sowie einen vollmundigen Geschmack. Er duftet nach Schwarzbeeren, Kaffee, Tabak und einem Hauch Vanille und Bitterschokolade.
