Typische Noten reifer, weißer Früchte machen diesen Wein aus Italien zu einem gern getrunkenen Klassiker.Der Weißwein aus der beliebten Rebe Pinot Gris und Chardonnay zeigt alle Charaktereigenschaften, für die der trockene, körperreiche Grauburgunder von Kennern geschätzt wird. In dieser Abfüllung des Weinguts Zenato finden Sie die komplexe Struktur wieder, die für Venetien so bekannt ist.Ein kräftiger Duft und die grünen Reflexe geben bei diesem Pinot Grigio und Chardonnay einen Vorgeschmack auf die aromatische Fülle, die sich am Gaumen mit den zarten Noten von Zitrus und hellen Früchten vereint. Die moderate Säure und der sanfte Nachhall sind ein Zeichen für den gelungenen Ausbau der ansonsten etwas störrischen Pinot Gris-Traube.Dieser trockene Weißwein aus Italien empfiehlt sich vor allem zu weißem Fleisch, Meeresfrüchten oder Risotto und sollte bei 8 bis 10 °C getrunken werden. Zenato Ripassa della Valpolicella DOC 0,375 l halbe Flasche 2020

Zenato gives the name “Ripassa” to this wine, which shares many of the characteristics of our Amarone.As soon as the fermentation is completed of the dried grapes for the Amarone, selected lots of Valpolicella are then “re-passed” on the Amarone pomace, thus initiating a second fermentation which increases slightly the alcoholic content and gives the wine deeper colour, increased extract, and more complex aromas.After six months’ bottle-ageing, the result is a rounded, velvet-textured wine with rich, complex aromas of berries and an impressively lengthy finish that seems to linger forever.Ripassa represents one of the most important milestones in Zenato’s winemaking evolution.

Deep ruby red with hints of fine herbs.On the palate, the powerful, warm and rich flavorinfluences, including wild cherries and chocolate, very impressive.Excellent for a lifetime ...The absolute 'king' of this region, made from only the best grapes of exceptionally good harvests. Hand picked and selected and the grapes are let to dry out for several months with the result that much of the moisture in the grapes evaporates allowing the grapes to be very rich in sugars.The best and ripest Corvina grapes supplemented with a little Rondinella and Sangiovese. After fermentation the wine is matured in Slavonian oak casks for four years and then another 12 months in bottle.

The Zolla wine series from the Vigneti del Salento winery is known for its successful red wines - now a white wine has been added, the Zolla Chardonnay IGP Puglia. A 100% Chardonnay from the Italian wine-growing region of Apulia. This region is almost spoiled by the sun. The grapes ripen fully every year and produce an intense, rich bouquet. The vines grow on clay soils, which store the little moisture that falls during the year well and contribute to the good freshness and fruitiness.The Zolla Chardonnay IGP Puglia is straw yellow in the glass. The nose is full of bright fruit such as grapefruit, melon and lime.
