The Grande Reserve Malbec from organic cultivation has a dense purple, almost black color, typical of the top quality of Argentinian Malbec. The Bousquet family, originally from France, has settled in the high altitudes of Mendoza to produce wines of exceptional quality and authenticity. This Malbec impresses with its deep aromas, soft tannins and harmonious character.The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's most renowned wine-growing regions. The continental climate with warm days and cool nights ensures optimum ripeness and intense aromas. After selective hand-picking, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and freshness. Part of the wine is then matured for several months in French oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and elegant spice.In the glass, the Jean Bousquet Malbec is a deep, dark ruby red with violet reflections. Der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay reifte zuerst im Edelstahltank, anschließend 4 Monate auf der Flasche. Nicht wie andere Weine, hat dieser Chardonnay bewusst keine Holzreifung erfahren. Dadurch ist der Weißwein ein perfekte Essensbegleiter mit einzigartigen Fruchtaromen. Die Trauben von dem Weingut Domaine Bousquet stammen aus den Regionen Mendoza und Tupungato in Argentinien, welche hervorragende Klimabedingungen auf einer Höhe von 1000 Meter für das Reifen der Reben bieten.Der reinsortige Chardonnay kommt aus einem biologischen Anbau und zeigt sich in einer hellgelben Farbe mit grünen Reflexen. In der Nase ist der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay geprägt von tropischen Fruchtaromen mit floralen- und Zitrusnoten. This Pinot noir from the top slopes of the Herrenberg vineyard in the Rhineland-Palatinate has a nose redolent of minerals, cherries and black berries complemented by smoky notes and fine hints of toasted oak. The Jean Stodden Herrenberg Spätburgunder Großes Gewächs is powerful and pleasantly fruity on the palate with striking but elegantly integrated tannins as well as a fine minerality and density and a long finish. The Recher Herrenberg wine matured for 18 months entirely in new barriques. The meticulous hand-selected grapes come from the excellent Herrenberg an der Ahr vineyard located in the village of Rech. The central south-facing steep slopes with their weathered slate soil consisting of greywacke have gradients of up to 60%, providing the ideal basis for the optimal ripening of the grapes under the intense rays of the sun.

José Maria da Fonseca Ripanco VR 2021

The Ripanco VR was pressed at José Maria da Fonsecas’ winery in Alentejo, Portugal. The Shiraz, Alicante Bouschet, Argonez and Trincadeira grape varieties unite here to create this dry red wine. To the Ripanco, José Maria da Fonsecas used an ancient, traditional production method. The grapes were slightly crushed by foot and subsequently carefully destemmed using a kind of washboard, making the wine soft and very drinkable.After the grapes were pressed and destemmed, the juice was aged for 6 months in new French and American oak casks. This special cuvée is a deep ruby-red in the glass. On the nose, it offers wonderful aromas of cigar smoke, chocolate and dried figs. On the palate, the wine offers notes of cigar tobacco, with fresh, round tannins.
