Pedro Escudero Valdelagunde Cuvée Especial Verdejo DO is an intense, rich wine, in which the flavours of stone fruit (peach, apricot) predominate. Spicy notes appear, lightly, with a touch of vanilla from the oak barrels, accompanying the characteristic, bitter almond aftertaste of a Verdejo wine.This wine has been made exclusively from Verdejo grapes harvested from vineyards of the Bodegas Pedro Escudero, rooted in the rocky lands of the Fuente Elvira vineyard in the village La Seca. Part of the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats, part is a maceration most, other part has paralysed the fermentation and the last part in French and American oak casks.

Pintia Toro 2020

This red wine is a pure Tinta de Toro. This is the name of this special variety of the Tempranillo grape, which achieves unmistakable qualities under the conditions of the Toro region. Even the bouquet of the Pintia Toro captivates connoisseurs with its complexity. Notes of blackcurrants and cherries interact impressively with nuances of dark chocolate and coffee. Gutiérrez says: "The nose is very expressive, with bright cherry fruit." The wine is fresher than the norm in the region, with well-integrated oak, floral and perfumed.On the palate, the top wine from Bodegas Pintia, located around 100 kilometers west of Vega Sicilia, is dry and intensely aromatic, with a medium body. The winery itself describes it as probably the "fruitiest Pintia" to date. Minerality, barrique aromas and fruitiness (blue berries) create an enchanting interplay.The impenetrable pupur-colored Pintia Toro matured for 10 months in French and American oak (18%), with more than 80 percent new barrels being used. The grapes come from vines that are on average around 35 years old. Die Rebsorte Moravia Agria ist spätreifend und ertragsschwach und bringt hellfarbige und fruchtige Rotweine hervor. Vorteilhaft in Kombination mit der Garnacha Traube ist die fantastische Säure der Moravia Agira. Sie wirkt wunderbar ausgleichend zur Fülle des Garnacha. Die Farbe des Ponce Buena Pinta zeigt ein helles Rubinrot von mittlerer Dichte. Der Wein duftet intensiv, ja fast parfümiert, nach Pflaume, Kakao, Herbstlaub und Kirsche. Am Gaumen überzeugt die ausgedehnte Frische und das volle lebendige Aroma. Die Tannine sind etwas rustikal, geben dem Wein aber seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter. Der Ausbau in französischen Eichenfässern gibt diesem Rotwein eine ausgeprägte Würze und eine fast balsamische Note. Trotz des moderaten Alkoholgehaltes sollte der Wein mindestens eine Stunde vor dem Genuss geöffnet werden.Genießen Sie den Ponce Buena Pinta zu einer selbstgemachten Paella mit Meeresfrüchten oder zu Geflügel auf thailändische Art.

Der Portia 10 Meses aus der spanischen Weinregion Ribera del Duero reift für 10 Monate in amerikanischer Eiche. Das verleiht dem Rotwein Noten von Kokosnuss und Vanille. Die rubinrote Farbe schimmert intensiv und tief mit violettem Rand. Die Nase verführt mit Frische und Frucht von Erdbeer-, Himbeer- und Kirschenaromen. Ergänzt um Noten von süßem Toast. Am Gaumen ist der Portia 10 Meses erfrischend fruchtig. Rote Früchte und seidige Tannine prägen das Mundgefühl. Der Abgang ist ebenfalls fruchtbetont und mit einer sehr dezenten Röstnote versehen.Der Portia 10 Meses ist ein Wein rund und gradlinig. Schmeckt solo genau so gut wie in Kombination zu einem Essen. Dabei schafft der Wein den Spagat sowohl rotes Fleisch als auch kräftigen Fisch zu begleiten.
