Der frisch-fruchtige Pazo de Señorans Albariño ist eine weitere herausragende Kreation von Pazo de Señorans aus dem Nordwesten Spaniens. Das Weingut versteht es seit Jahrzehnten, die Qualitäten der für die Region Rías Baixas typische Rebsorte Albariño voll zur Entfaltung zu bringen.

Der reinsortige Albariño schimmert blass strohfarben im Glas mit goldenen Reflexen. Der spanische Weißwein duftet verführerisch nach Zitrusfrüchten, Quitte und Pfirsich. Luis Gutiérrez verleiht der Kreation von Pazo de Señorans in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate 91+ Punkte. „Hier zeigt sich große Reinheit und Eleganz. Er hat 13,5 % Alkohol und ist sehr ausgewogen und klar.“ Auch die tolle Aromadichte prägt den Weißwein aus Galicien. Florale und tropische Frucht-Noten im feinen Zusammenspiel, dazu eine schöne Säure und eine feine Mineralität.

Genießen Sie den im Edelstahltank ausgebauten Albariño bei einer Trinktemperatur von 8 bis 10 Grad. Noch bis 2026 ein Hochgenuss. Der Weißwein ist „noch schüchtern und sollte in der Flasche weiter wachsen“, formuliert Gutiérrez.

Der José Pariente Verdejo ist ein wunderbares Beispiel dafür.Der spanische Weißwein vereint in seinem Bouquet Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Pfirsich und Passionsfrucht. Dazu kommen Nuancen von Anis und feine florale Töne sowie eine unterschwellige Mineralität. Am Gaumen ist der José Pariente Verdejo trocken und fruchtig frisch, mit einem schönen Säurespiel und einer leichten Bitterkeit. Dieser hocharomatische Verdejo klingt noch lange nach. Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Alvarinho DOC

Der Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Alvarinho stammt ausschließlich aus Weinbergen der Regionen Moncao und Megaco. Die Traube Alvarinho gedeiht an Hängen mit Südausrichtung, die tagsüber von der Sonne reichlich verwöhnt werden. Die Böden sind vornehmlich aus Granit- und Kalkstein. Das Anbaugebiet Vinho Verde zeichnet sich durch die Nähe zum Atlantik aus. Durch die ständigen Winde wird immer genug Feuchtigkeit herangetragen. Der Wein erhält durch diese Meeresbrise und die gleichzeitig hohe Sonnenscheindauer eine außergewöhnliche Frische.Die Trauben wurden nach dem Entrappen schonend gepresst und danach über einen Zeitraum von 4 Tagen kalt geklärt. Es folgte eine lange Gärung, die bei Temperaturen zwischen 14 und 20 Grad Celsius ständig kontrolliert wurde. Der anschließende Ausbau auf der Feinhefe dauerte dann noch 6 Monate.Der Muros Antigos Alvarinho duftet in der Nase deutlich nach Zitrus und zeigt auch leicht tropische Noten. Der Wein hat einen auffallend mineralisch frischen Geschmacksausdruck. Er ist körperreich und vollmundig mit sehr guter Struktur. Weiterhin prägt er sich durch einen langen leicht bitteren Zitrusgeschmack im Abgang ein.
