Matured in American oak barrels, this red wine impresses with its harmony, complexity and drinking pleasure - ideal for every day.This Crianza has intense fruity aromas, particularly of dark fruits such as blackberries and plums, complemented by subtle notes of licorice, vanilla, coconut and cookies. On the palate, it is elegant, juicy, easily accessible and ends in a long, balanced finish.The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards in Rioja Alta on clay, alluvial and limestone soils. The traditional Ramón Bilbao winery, known for its more than 90 years of experience in winemaking in Rioja Alta, combines Tempranillo with ageing in American oak to create a wine full of depth, complexity and harmony.This Reserva has an intense bouquet of red fruits, harmoniously complemented by fine oak notes. It is fresh on the palate, with balanced acidity, a round body and soft tannins. A long, elegant finish rounds off the taste experience.The grapes come from vines over 40 years old from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta. After a 4-day pre-fermentation and a total of 18 days of maceration, malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by 20 months of ageing in American oak barrels. The red wine then matures in the bottle to achieve its perfect harmony.This Ramón Bilbao Reserva is ideal with grilled meat, lamb, mature cheese or traditional Spanish dishes.
