Der Onix Fusio Priorat DOQ ist ein ausdrucksstarker Rotwein aus der prestigeträchtigen Weinregion Priorat in Katalonien, Spanien. Diese Region ist bekannt für ihre kraftvollen, mineralischen Weine, die aus den charakteristischen Schieferböden, den sogenannten "Llicorella", hervorgehen. Pago de Carraovejas is a Spanish winery in the Ribera del Duero region. Pago de Carraovejas is known for its top wine, which is also called Pago de Carraovejas and is a blend of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) and Merlot (3%). Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion Garnacha Syrah DO 2022

The Prados Fusion from the Pagos del Moncayo winery is a biodynamically vinified wine. The Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties grown exclusively by the winery are also used in this wine. One of the special features is that the grapes are crushed exclusively with bare feet. Machines are not used to press the grapes. Only around 50% of the grapes from the vineyard make it into the wine, an extreme selection that is only carried out by hand.This results in a deep dark, almost black color in the glass. The nose is dominated by notes of ripe berries, liquorice, rosemary, thyme and lavender, while on the palate the characteristic Prados Fusion is characterized by full fruit and juiciness.
