The Orvalaiz Cabernet Sauvignon from the Orvalaiz winery presents itself with aromas of fully ripe, dark berries on the nose, accompanied by subtle notes of tobacco and toasted bread. On the palate, it shows pleasant pressure and tension, with impressions of blackcurrant, red bell pepper and a hint of balsamic notes on the finish.

Its six-month maturation in American oak barriques gives it additional depth and gentle spice.

This red wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, spicy pasta dishes or mature cheese. Serve the Orvalaiz Cabernet Sauvignon at 16-18 °C to enjoy the full fruit and structure.

Bodegas Orvalaiz

Am Anfang der 90er vereinigten sich mehrere Dutzende Bauernfamilien aus Navarra, die seit Jahrhunderten vom Weinbau lebten. Die gründen eine des wichtigsten Weinkellereien in Navarra: die Genossenschaftskellerei Sociedad Cooperativa Agraria Orvalaiz.

Aus diesem Projekt entstand die Weinkellerei Bodegas Orvalaiz. Die Weine von diesem Weingut haben oft wichtige Preise gewonnen gehören zu den besten Navarras.

Das Weingut hat mehr als 400 Hektar Rebfläche, die mit verschiedenen Traubensorten bepflanzt ist. Das ermöglicht eine große Auswahl an Weinen, die sehr elegant sind und eine feine Textur haben. Diese Feinheit und Qualität bekommt der Wein auch durch regelmäßige Kontrolle direkt am Weinberg und auch dadurch, das die Weintraubenproduktion ist auf maximal 7500 Kg pro Hektar pro Jahr beschränkt ist.

Am Gaumen ist dieser Tempranillo weich und elegant. Der rubinrote Wein aus der La Mancha-Region ist ein Blend aus weit überwiegend Tempranillo und kleineren Anteilen Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot. 10 Monate wurde er in französischer und amerikanischer Eiche ausgebaut, wobei hauptsächlich amerikanische Eiche zum Einsatz kam.

The Enate Cabernet - Merlot from the Spanish wine-growing region of Somontano stands for uncomplicated, modern red wine enjoyment. The renowned ENATE winery combines fruit, elegance and a particularly accessible style in this cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.The glass reveals a cherry red color of medium intensity. The nose is dominated by aromas of dark forest fruits such as redcurrants and blackberries, accompanied by fine floral notes of violets and subtle hints of pepper, vanilla and undergrowth.On the palate, the red wine is soft and round with velvety tannins and a balanced structure. Matsu El Recio

El Recio means "the strong one". The Matsu El Recio is a vegan red wine from biodynamic cultivation. The grapes come from 90 to 100-year-old vines. Fermentation takes place for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks and subsequent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. French oak barrels were also used for ageing over a period of 14 months. This Crianza was not filtered and underwent gentle clarification. The result is a red wine of great finesse and body.The Spanish wine made from Tinta de Toro grapes has an intense aroma of chocolate, vanilla and dark fruit. The dry wine is round and silky on the palate. A special creaminess combined with mineral and fruity notes characterizes the subtle finish.
