The Prados Fusion from the Pagos del Moncayo winery is a biodynamically vinified wine. The Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties grown exclusively by the winery are also used in this wine. One of the special features is that the grapes are crushed exclusively with bare feet. Machines are not used to press the grapes. Only around 50% of the grapes from the vineyard make it into the wine, an extreme selection that is only carried out by hand.

This results in a deep dark, almost black color in the glass. The nose is dominated by notes of ripe berries, liquorice, rosemary, thyme and lavender, while on the palate the characteristic Prados Fusion is characterized by full fruit and juiciness. An approachable and open wine with round tannins and a silky finish that invites you to keep drinking.

Serve the Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion with grilled meat or charcuterie. It is also a delight with classic Spanish cuisine such as paella or tapas of all kinds.
