Hier hat die Familie Aibar Weingärten mit Garnacha und Syrah bestockt. In diesem reinsortigen Garnacha finden nur die besten Trauben Eingang. Das Weingut arbeitet biodynamisch und legt sich eine enge Ertragskontrolle selbst auf. So finden sich in der Regel nur 50% der Trauben aus den Weinbergen im Wein wieder. Das gewährleistet eine maximale Qualität des verbleibenden Traubenmaterials. Die Farbe ist purpurrot und der Duft sortentypisch nach dunklen Kirschen, Kaffee und Pfeffer. Am Gaumen fruchtig frisch, ja sogar leicht kühl, aber wunderbar stoffig und kraftvoll. Durch den 10-monatigen Ausbau in französischen und amerikanischen Holzfässern erhält der Prados Coleccion Garnacha eine würzige Note von Vanille und Kaffee. Der Wein ist hervorragend ausgewogen und komplex. Die runden Tannine begleiten den Abgang sanft.

The Prados Fusion from the Pagos del Moncayo winery is a biodynamically vinified wine. The Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties grown exclusively by the winery are also used in this wine. One of the special features is that the grapes are crushed exclusively with bare feet. Machines are not used to press the grapes. Only around 50% of the grapes from the vineyard make it into the wine, an extreme selection that is only carried out by hand.This results in a deep dark, almost black color in the glass. The nose is dominated by notes of ripe berries, liquorice, rosemary, thyme and lavender, while on the palate the characteristic Prados Fusion is characterized by full fruit and juiciness. Die Rebsorte Moravia Agria ist spätreifend und ertragsschwach und bringt hellfarbige und fruchtige Rotweine hervor. Vorteilhaft in Kombination mit der Garnacha Traube ist die fantastische Säure der Moravia Agira. Sie wirkt wunderbar ausgleichend zur Fülle des Garnacha. Die Farbe des Ponce Buena Pinta zeigt ein helles Rubinrot von mittlerer Dichte. Der Wein duftet intensiv, ja fast parfümiert, nach Pflaume, Kakao, Herbstlaub und Kirsche. Am Gaumen überzeugt die ausgedehnte Frische und das volle lebendige Aroma. Die Tannine sind etwas rustikal, geben dem Wein aber seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter. Der Ausbau in französischen Eichenfässern gibt diesem Rotwein eine ausgeprägte Würze und eine fast balsamische Note. ‘Mea Culpa’ means ‘my fault’. Mario Minini from the Cantine Minini estate used this expression ironically to name his outstanding red wine. In his opinion, he created the best cuvée that can be made using the Appassimento method.The Mea Culpa Vino Rosso in an extraordinary wine in all respects. The Primitivo, Shiraz and Merlot grapes for the Appassimento cuvée come from two very different wine-growing regions in Italy. The Primitivo grapes come from Apulia, of course, while the Shiraz and Merlot grapes come from Sicily, wonderfully uniting to create this excellent blend. The responsible wine-maker Mario Minini and his team of oenologists worked on the optimal composition of this blend for a long time. The result is a medium-dry red wine, offering an abundance of aromas on the nose.Fine notes of chocolate, nuances of tobacco and strong fruit aromas of blackberries, strawberries and dark cherries unite with notes of mocha and vanilla.
