The bottle design itself reveals the style of this wine: the Paco y Lola Albarino is fresh and contemporary. This white wine from the Rias Baixas region in Spain is impressive, with an incredible freshness and delicacy.

It is straw yellow with green glints in the glass. The bouquet hints of lemon, mango, pear and lime, along with light herbal notes. On the palate, the Paco y Lola Albarino from Galicia offers the distinctive aromas of peach, pineapple and green apple so typical of this grape variety. Acidity and fruit interact optimally. This dry white wine is delicious and invigorating. The finish of this crisp, smooth Albariño is characterised by great freshness.

The youthful, classy Paco y Lola is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, sushi, tapas and pasta. It hits the bull’s eye in many respects - not only in terms of the bottle design.

Dry, black and gray slate forms the basis of this dry Riesling from the windery Dönnhoff in Rhineland-Palatinate. This full-bodied Riesling has a fine minerality, is wonderfully fruity and offers a wonderful acidity.Especially the slopes of the vineyard called Leistenberg, located in a small valley of the Nahe near Oberhausen are marked by slate-soils. This is where most characterful Rieslings grow, which bear the name of the special soil.The Tonschiefer Dönnhoff Riesling comes from vines that are between 25 and 30 years old. The grapes were harvested to 100% by hand. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks, which explains the beautiful complexity of this white wine.

The fresh and fruity Pazo de Señorans Albariño is another outstanding creation from Pazo de Señorans in the north-west of Spain. For decades, the winery has known how to fully develop the qualities of the Albariño grape variety, which is typical of the Rías Baixas region.The pure Albariño shimmers pale straw-colored in the glass with golden reflections. The Spanish white wine has a seductive aroma of citrus fruit, quince and peach. Luis Gutiérrez awarded the Pazo de Señorans creation 91+ points in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. "It shows great purity and elegance. It has 13.0% alcohol and is very balanced and clear." The great aroma density also characterizes the white wine from Galicia. Floral and tropical fruit notes in a fine interplay, plus a beautiful acidity and a fine minerality.Enjoy the Albariño matured in stainless steel tanks at a drinking temperature of 8 to 10°C. The white wine is "still shy and should continue to grow in the bottle", says Gutiérrez.Pazo de Señorans has played its part in the fact that the Rías Baixas region is regarded as a trailblazer for modern Spanish white wine. The Pazo de Señorans Albariño Rias Baixas DO is a wonderful example of this.

Der Genuss endet in einem leicht süßlichen Finale, welches in Länge und Frische seinesgleichen sucht.Der Cerro Anon Gran Reserva ist Bodegas Olarras Flaggschiff. Er besteht aus einer Mischung von 90% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo und Graciano  und 5% Garnacha, die insgesamt 27 Monate in neuer und gebrauchter Eiche reifte. Danach wurde der Wein auf die Flasche gefüllt und lagerte 45 Monate bevor er in den Handel kam.
