Paserene Elements Bright Chardonnay

The Paserene Elements Bright Chardonnay is a brilliant white wine from the Western Cape that impresses with its radiant fruit, fine acid structure and subtle use of wood. Grown in the deep sandy soils of South Africa, it impressively reflects the clarity and vibrancy of its terroir. With notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest and a salty minerality, this wine is a real highlight for lovers of elegant white wines.

The hand-picked Chardonnay grapes were gently pressed and fermented spontaneously in oak barrels. Regular stirring of the yeast (bâtonnage) added complexity and structure to the wine. 10% of the wine matured in new oak, 90% in neutral wood - a harmonious combination that preserves both fullness and freshness.

In the glass, the Paserene Elements Bright Chardonnay has a lively green-golden hue. The nose is dominated by ripe yellow peach, lemon zest and delicate hints of sea salt, chalk and vanilla. Elegant and creamy on the palate, with a lively acidity that carries the wine through to the long, clear finish.

This Chardonnay is a versatile food companion: it harmonizes wonderfully with grilled white fish in lemon butter, mild coconut-based curry dishes or roast chicken with fresh herbs. Best served at 10-12°C.

Paserene Rosie Rosé
The Paserene Rosie from the Paserene winery comes from the famous Western Cape, one of the best wine regions in South Africa. This lively rosé combines a balanced cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Malbec and delights with fresh aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, rounded off with fine citrus notes and a subtle sweetness of cotton candy.During production, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate salmon pink color. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the aromas. The wine then matures for a year and spends a further four months in the bottle, which gives it additional depth and elegance. On the palate, Paserene Rosie has a silky texture, lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to burrata with tomatoes, fine charcuterie, mild Brie or fresh berry salads.

Eikendal Chardonnay
The Eikendal Chardonnay is an expressive white wine from Stellenbosch in South Africa that impresses with its elegance and structure. Delicate aromas of orange peel and floral blossom notes meet a firm mouthfeel and lively acidity. On the finish, the wine is fresh, precise and has a clear, mineral core. The grapes come from high-altitude sites on Helderberg Mountain, which are exposed to cool winds from False Bay - a perfect terroir for fresh and exciting Chardonnays.
