The Rio Lindo Viura Chardonnay comes from the sunny vineyards of Castilla-La Mancha. This harmonious cuvée of Viura and Chardonnay grapes combines freshness, elegance and fine fruit aromas.

As the Viura grapes ripen earlier, the grapes were harvested at different times. The winery was opened in Rueda in 2005.The Pagos del Rey Blume Verdejo Viura Rueda DO is made from the Verdejo grape variety and a small proportion of Viura. Viura is often blended with other grape varieties to produce dry white wines with real character.The grapes are harvested at night at the beginning of October. The cool night-time temperatures allow the berries to retain their wonderful aromatic character. The must undergoes 6-8 hours of cold maceration to allow the wonderful aromas to come to the fore. The subsequent fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-17°C in stainless steel tanks.In the glass, the white wine is light yellow with green reflections. The bouquet offers intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit with a slight hint of citrus, elderflower and apple. These impressions are repeated on the palate.
