Paserene Elements Emerald Sauvignon Blanc

The Paserene Elements Emerald is a Sauvignon Blanc full of energy, freshness and sophistication. It comes from two of South Africa's best-known wine regions: the cool, mineral-rich Elgin Valley and the fruit-driven Franschhoek. This harmonious combination is reflected in the glass with brilliant fruit, clear acidity and an elegant, tropical-mineral profile.

The grapes come in equal parts from Elgin and Franschhoek and are carefully processed. After fermentation in matured, steamed barrels, the wine matures for 16 months - an ageing process that gives the Sauvignon Blanc structure and depth without losing its freshness. The philosophy in the cellar is based on minimal intervention in order to bring out the natural profile of the grapes and the terroir in the best possible way.

In the glass, Emerald presents itself in a bright green-gold color. The nose is dominated by exotic fruit aromas such as mango, passion fruit and pineapple, complemented by lime, cantaloupe and fine herbal spice. On the palate, it is lively, silky and well-balanced - with a long, fresh finish that makes you want to take the next sip.

Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc at a drinking temperature of 8 to 10°C. Ideal with summer starters, salads, goat's cheese or light dishes with Mediterranean herbs and citrus notes.

Paserene Rosie Rosé
The Paserene Rosie from the Paserene winery comes from the famous Western Cape, one of the best wine regions in South Africa. This lively rosé combines a balanced cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Malbec and delights with fresh aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, rounded off with fine citrus notes and a subtle sweetness of cotton candy.During production, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate salmon pink color. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the aromas. The wine then matures for a year and spends a further four months in the bottle, which gives it additional depth and elegance. On the palate, Paserene Rosie has a silky texture, lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to burrata with tomatoes, fine charcuterie, mild Brie or fresh berry salads.
