Der eindrucksvoll komplexe Creation Estate Chardonnay vereint in seinem Bouquet Noten von reifer Quitte, Birne, gelben Äpfeln und Pfirsich mit einer dezenten Holznote (Vanilletöne). Auch Nuancen von Zitrusfrüchten erwarten die Genießerinnen und Genießer. Am Gaumen ist dieser Chardonnay aus Südafrika mineralisch frisch, mit einer anregenden Säure und großer Balance.

10 Monate haben die Macherinnen und Macher von Creation Wines diesen Burgunderstil-Chardonnay im Eichenholz ausgebaut. Dabei kamen zu 30 Prozent neuer Fässer zum Einsatz, während die weiteren 70 Prozent in Fässern zweiter und dritter Füllung ausgebaut wurden. Alle zwei Wochen fand die Batonnage statt, das Aufrühren der Weinhefe. Der Weißwein wird dadurch runder und erhält zusätzliche Komplexität.
