The Paserene Rosie from the Paserene winery comes from the famous Western Cape, one of the best wine regions in South Africa. This lively rosé combines a balanced cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Malbec and delights with fresh aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, rounded off with fine citrus notes and a subtle sweetness of cotton candy.

During production, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate salmon pink color. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the aromas. The wine then matures for a year and spends a further four months in the bottle, which gives it additional depth and elegance.

On the palate, Paserene Rosie has a silky texture, lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to burrata with tomatoes, fine charcuterie, mild Brie or fresh berry salads.

Paserene ist ein modernes Boutique-Weingut im renommierten Franschhoek Valley in Südafrika und steht für Präzision, Eleganz und kompromisslose Qualitätsorientierung. This Cabernet Sauvignon-based cuvée comes from the high-altitude vineyards of Tulbagh, where cool nights and warm days create ideal conditions for structured red wines. Midnight stands for that mysterious hour when the night is at its deepest - and the wine captures exactly this feeling: powerful, sensual and fascinating.The grapes come exclusively from the Tulbagh vineyards of Paserene, whose unique terroir gives the wine its unmistakable signature. After careful hand-picking and sorting, the wine matures for 16 months in used, steamed oak barrels. Ageing in neutral wood allows gentle micro-oxidation, which rounds off the tannins without masking the intense fruit. The ageing process is carried out with minimal intervention in order to preserve the natural strength and authenticity of the wine.In the glass, Paserene Midnight is almost inky black with a purple rim - a harbinger of its intense structure. The nose is dominated by black cherry, cassis and a hint of licorice, accompanied by toffee, vanilla and delicate wood smoke.
