The Kleine Zalze Cellar Chardonnay has a wonderfully fruity bouquet offering notes of limey fruit curd, apple blossom and pear flavours. This pure varietal Chardonnay from South Africa is very balanced on the palate, showing a fine minerality and a stimulating acidity. The finish is long and harmonious.

After the harvest of the fully ripe grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, remaining in contact with the skin. After fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the yeast for four months, giving the Kleine Zalze Cellar Chardonnay more complexity and fullness.
