This Chardonnay from the Coastal Region in South Africa was aged in wooden casks. It has a wonderfully stimulating bouquet offering notes of lime, pineapple, apple orange peel and tropical fruit. The Kleine Zalze Vineyard Chardonnay is creamy on the palate, showing a great balance and elegance. The oak aromas are very well integrated. The dry white wine has a lovely length.

This Chardonnay matured for 7 months in French oak casks, of which more than two thirds were new barrels. You’ll want to discover this white wine from South Africa with fish and poultry dishes, particularly with hearty sauces. It also goes beautifully with Brie and cream cheeses.
