Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage Brut

Aufgrund einer 30-monatigen Reife bringt dieser Champagner einen harmonischen Charakter und viel Finesse ins Glas. Der Assemblage wird ein Rotwein aus der Champagne hinzugefügt, welcher dem Rosé Sauvage nicht nur einen kräftigen rosa Farbton gibt, sondern auch rote Fruchtaromen. Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage ist geprägt von Fruchtaromen, wie Walderdbeere, Grapefruit, Johannisbeere, Brombeere und Kirsche. Ergänzt um feine Noten von z.B. Safran und Paprika. Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Champagner herrlich lebhaft und jugendlich. Wie im Namen schon transportiert ein fast wilder, temperamentvoller Schaumwein mit außergewöhnlichem Pep.Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage eignet sich hervorragend als Aperitif. Plaisir de Siaurac 2022

Ohne Zweifel wird man feststellen müssen, dass das Château Siaurac einer der Stars der Appellation Lalande de Pomerol ist, gelegen in direkter Nachbarschaft zur bekannten Appellation Pomerol. Seit 1832 im Besitz der Familie Guichard ist dieses wunderschöne Anwesen nicht nur eine bauliche Ikone, sondern auch die Weine sind ständig im Aufwind, und das bei noch sehr moderater Preisgestaltung.Der Plaisir de Siaurac ist der Zweitwein des Châteaus in Frankreich, das seit dem Jahr 2016 ausschließlich biologische und biodynamische Anbautechniken einsetzt. Der 2022er Plaisir de Siaurac ist für uns eine der Entdeckungen dieses wundervollen Jahrganges, der eine echte Alternative zu wesentlich teureren Pomerols darstellt. Er setzt sich zusammen aus 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc und 5% Malbec. Die Betonung liegt dabei auf seiner schönen Frucht, verbunden mit sehr feinen und geschliffenen Tanninen. Dies liegt auch an den idealen Wetterbedingungen, bei dem die warmen Tage und kühlen Nächte dazu beitrugen, dass die Tannine samtig ausfielen und den Rotwein balancieren, aber nicht dominieren.Mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail der Plaisir de Siaurac 2022 bereitet wurde, zeigt sich auch daran, dass im Juni ein individueller Laubrückschnitt je nach Bedarf der Parzellen vorgenommen wurde, um jeder Lage gerecht zu werden.Wir empfehlen, den 2022er Plaisir de Siaurac etwa 1 Stunde vor dem Genuss zu dekantieren. Er wird noch mindestens 5 Jahre seine Genussreife halten und überzeugt sowohl als fruchtiger Sommerbegleiter, als auch als food-pairing mit rotem Fleisch, Gegrilltem und einem guten Steak.

They have been cultivating the best white vineyards in the region on their estate in Poinchy since 1990 and are dedicated to producing Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru - every drop reflects their passion and keen sense of terroir.The 60-year-old Chardonnay vines thrive on the sun-drenched Kimmeridgien slopes of Chablis, on chalky soil that gives this Premier Cru its characteristic freshness and finesse. Carefully harvested by hand, the grapes are processed gently: After 24 hours of settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place on native yeasts, 70% in stainless steel tanks, the rest in oak barrels. The white wine then matures on the fine lees for six months, resulting in a harmonious interplay of depth, elegance and lightness.At a recommended serving temperature of 14 °C, the Chablis Premier 1er Cru Côte de Léchet unfolds its full splendor with fish dishes, white meat in creamy sauces or selected cheeses. The Chablis 1er Cru Troesmes from the Pommier estate is an exceptional Chardonnay that combines elegance, depth and minerality at the highest level. It seduces the nose with fine toast and mineral notes that subtly reflect the excellence of its origin. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, complex and at the same time racy, with an unmistakable expressiveness of the Côte de Troesmes soil.The old vines, aged between 30 and 60 years, grow on the calcareous, white marl soils of the Côte de Troesmes. Careful hand harvesting in small 15 kg crates ensures that the grapes go directly into the pneumatic press intact - a process that guarantees maximum aromatic purity and concentration. In the vineyard, organic practices and natural care are used to preserve the terroir characteristics in the best possible way.Vinification combines tradition and precision: after 24 hours of juice clarification, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place on natural yeasts in regulated stainless steel tanks (60% of the volume) and in carefully selected oak barrels of different ages. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are carefully racked, blended and lightly fined with fish glue to achieve maximum clarity and elegance. Ségla 2022

Ségla is the second wine from the renowned Château Rauzan-Ségla in Margaux. In the last two decades, Rauzan-Ségla has almost always been one of the top trio in the Margaux appellation, alongside the appellation's namesake and Château Palmer.The vintage was an extraordinarily good one, one speaks here of a vintage of the century.
