Die Region erstreckt sich mit seinen 190 km Länge und 50 km Breite zwischen dem Rhein und dem Vogesengebirge, das geschützte Klimabedingungen, Wärme und wenig Niederschlag garantiert. Dieses Terroir mit seiner einzigartigen Vielfalt an Böden nutzt das französische Weingut Wolfberger für seinen Pinot Noir d'Alsace AOC.Sobald eine optionale Traubenreife gegeben ist, werden die Pinot Noir Beeren geerntet. Nach der alkoholischen Gärung reift der Rotwein auf der Hefe.Im Glas zeigt sich ein weinroter Rebsaft. Die Nase umspielen intensive Aromen von roten Früchten wie Erdbeeren, Himbeeren und Kirschen. Mild und anwesend sind die Tannine am Gaumen, gepaart mit einer guten, fruchtigen Präsenz.
