Ein feinperliger Champagner mit klarer, goldener Farbe. Die Nase verwöhnt mit einem frischen Bukett nach süßen Kirschen und Brioche. Dazu kommen Noten von Birne, Apfel und weißem Pfirsich. Am Gaumen herrlich fruchtig und frisch mit Aromen der Sternfrucht, Mandel, Orange und Minze. Aufgrund einer 30-monatigen Reife bringt dieser Champagner einen harmonischen Charakter und viel Finesse ins Glas. Der Assemblage wird ein Rotwein aus der Champagne hinzugefügt, welcher dem Rosé Sauvage nicht nur einen kräftigen rosa Farbton gibt, sondern auch rote Fruchtaromen. Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage ist geprägt von Fruchtaromen, wie Walderdbeere, Grapefruit, Johannisbeere, Brombeere und Kirsche. Ergänzt um feine Noten von z.B. Safran und Paprika. Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Champagner herrlich lebhaft und jugendlich.
