The Savas Poupoule Vin de France Rouge is an accessible, smooth red wine from the Languedoc wine-growing region that impresses with its clear fruit and soft tannins. This redwine presents itself in a bright ruby red with light violet reflections and a clear fruity charm.

On the nose, it delights with intense aromas of ripe cherries, cassis and plums, accompanied by subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, Poupoule is soft and round, with gentle, well-integrated tannins and a juicy, fruity finish.

Die Tannine sind schön schmelzig und ergänzen sich sehr harmonisch mit der feinen Säure zu einem tollen Gesamtpaket, das durchaus nicht nur Bordeaux-Einsteigern gefallen dürfte.
