The Savas Poupoule Vin de France Rouge is an accessible, smooth red wine from the Languedoc wine-growing region that impresses with its clear fruit and soft tannins. This redwine presents itself in a bright ruby red with light violet reflections and a clear fruity charm.

On the nose, it delights with intense aromas of ripe cherries, cassis and plums, accompanied by subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, Poupoule is soft and round, with gentle, well-integrated tannins and a juicy, fruity finish.

Der Château Le Gardera ist ein wunderbarer "every-day" Bordeaux, der, nicht zuletzt aufgrund seines Ausnahmejahrganges und der Hingabe seiner Besitzer, die das Gut auf 16ha seit 2010 biologisch betreiben, mit weitaus höherpreisigen Bordeaux mithalten kann.Die Cuvée besteht aus 70% Merlot und 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Château Le Gardera ist von tiefer, rubinroter Farbe. In der Nase Aromen reifer Brombeeren, Pflaumen und Cassis. Der Gaumen zeigt Schokolade, Kaffee, etwas Gewürze und sehr samtige und geschliffene Tannine. Der Nachhall ist erstaunlich lang. Insgesamt ein Wein, der durch seine Fruchtigkeit und schöne Struktur gefällt und viel mehr bietet, als sein Preis erwarten lässt.Vor dem Genuss sollte dieser Wein derzeit etwa eine Stunde dekantiert werden. Er wird aber sicherlich noch bis 2027 viel Trinkfreude bereiten.Mit Freunden in geselliger Runde, zu Gegrilltem oder auch Hackauflauf und nicht zu intensiven Käsesorten ein toller Begleiter.

Dort reift er weiter für etwa 18 Monate, bis er schließlich abgefüllt wird.Der Château La Maroutine 2018 überzeugt durch eine rubinrote Farbe. Die Nase zeigt charmante Kirschnoten und Kaffee- sowie Röstaromen. Am Gaumen vermittelt dieser Bordeaux eher einen weichen, vollen und runden Stil, wobei die Tannine zwar präsent, aber geschliffen und samtig sind. Der Merlot wirkt hier gut gereift und verführt mit schöner, dichter Frucht.Ein klassischer Bordeaux, der jetzt bis 2025 auf der Höhe der Trinkreife sein dürfte.Ein Genuß in geselliger Runde, aber auch sehr gut im food-pairing mit Gulasch, Braten oder zur Käseplatte.
