Ein Selektionswein aus besten Trauben ist der Walsheimer Silberberg Grauburgunder 'Selection' QbA trocken des Weinguts Karl Pfaffmann. Dieser Weißwein begeistert schon beim Entkorken mit einem fruchtig-frischen Bouquet aus saftiger Ananas, begleitet von Birne und Limette. Die Komposition aus den edelsten und gesündesten Trauben mit ihren harmonischen Rundungen verzaubert im Abgang mit zarten Mandeltönen. Dieser Grauburgunder wurde zu 100 Prozent aus Burgunder-Trauben vom Silberberg in einer der besten deutschen Weinlagen gekeltert. Er zeigt eine konzentrierte Fruchtigkeit mit anschmiegsamer Seite und hat eine angenehm helle, sanfte gelbe Farbe.Ihr Aroma entfaltet diese Selection am besten bei einer Trinktemperatur von 8 bis 10 °C. The Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG is an Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes. The Pio Cesare winery, which has been in the family for five generations, has been producing outstanding red and white wines in Piedmont since 1881, taking care to treat the vineyard with the greatest possible care, with minimal intervention in nature. The excessive attention to detail even goes so far that no seasonal workers are used, but for reasons of continuity only experienced workers are employed, even during the harvest.This dedication is evident in the Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG.
