This red wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation, the second largest wine-growing region in the north of the Rhône Valley, is a pure Syrah (Shiraz).The wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet combines intense fruity notes of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackcurrants as well as black olives with nuances of oak, dark chocolate and cocoa beans. On the palate, the French red wine is dry, full-bodied and dense, with great balance and noticeable, well-integrated tannins.
