Ego Bodegas El Goru DOP

Der El Ego Bodegas Goru DOP duftet intensiv nach reifen roten Früchten. Noten von Pflaumenkompott und Blaubeermuffins sowie feine Nuancen von Nussschokolade und dezentes Süßholz prägen das Bouquet. Dazu kommen unterschwellige Röstaromen.

Am Gaumen ist der Blend aus Monastrell, Syrah (Shiraz) und Petit Verdot angenehm cremig, frisch und fruchtbetont (Waldbeeren), mit geschmeidigen und reifen Tanninen. Im Glas zeigt sich dichtes Purpur mit violetten Reflexen. Vier Monate wird der spanische Rotwein im Barrique ausgebaut. Der El Goru vom Weingut Ego Boderas aus Jumilla ist ein hervorragender Begleiter zu Gegrilltem, Spanferkel und Hackfleischbällchen. Auch zu verschiedenen Käsesorten ist dieser trockene Rotwein ein echter Tipp.

Matsu El Picaro
The Matsu El Picaro comes from the wine-growing region of Toro in northwestern Spain. This young wine is a pure varietal Tempranillo, which is known as Tinta de Toro in the Toro region. The grapes are biodynamically cultivated. The wine is an intense purple in the glass. Its bouquet is characterised by persistent aromas of black fruit such as blackberries or bilberries. The mineral notes are wonderfully fresh and complex, surrounded by a light sweetness. Fruit and fullness predominate on the palate as well, resulting from the ripe grapes.
