Fleurs de Prairie Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP 2025

The Fleurs de Prairie is both visually and as regards taste a wonderful rosé from Provence. The grapes come from vineyards with clay and limestone soils located at an altitude of 350 to 500 metres, giving the wine a light minerality. The wine consists of the Grenache, Cinsault, Shiraz and Vermentino (known as ‘Rolle’ in eastern Provence) grape varieties.The Fleurs de Prairie is a pale pink in colour, similar to a rose blossom. It’s invigorating, fresh bouquet offers notes of strawberries, sour cherries and green apples. The dry rosé is wonderfully aromatic on the palate. The exceptional freshness and finesse of this French rosé delivers sheer drinking pleasure.The Fleurs de Prairie Rosé Côtes de Provence AOP is an ideal accompaniment to starters and also goes beautifully with crustaceans, seafood, sushi, stir-fried vegetables or fresh fruit salad.

Francis Ford Coppola Director's Cabernet Sauvignon has a tempting smell and a taste of plums, berry, chocolate and a fine spice. There is also the fact that this wine provides notes of vanilla. Francis Ford Coppola Director’s Cut Zinfandel 2023

Made with fruit grown entirely in the Dry Creek Valley appellation, where the combination of climate and location produces excellent Zinfandel fruit with intensely concentrated flavor.Half of the fruit was crushed whole, and the must (seeds and skins) was fermented in open-top fermentors for maximum color extraction and flavor enhancement.The wine was then aged in French oak barrels for twelve months, creating a wine with deep, rich layers of blueberries, raspberries, dark chocolate and mint, along with a lingering vanilla caramel finish.Delicious with soup, pork and spicey dishes.

Glenwood Grand Duc Syrah 2023

The Glenwood Syrah Grand Duc comes from 29-year-old vines from the Glenwood vineyard and embodies the power and elegance of Syrah at the highest level. The carefully selected grapes ripen on low-density plots, producing small, particularly aromatic berries with intense fruit concentration.50% of the grapes are fermented as whole bunches in small open fermentation vats and gently punched down three times a day until fermentation is complete and dry. After pressing, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels before the red wine matures for 20 months in a blend of 50% French and 50% new American premium oak. This combination gives it a harmonious balance between fruit, spice and gentle wood notes.With a deep dark ruby color, the Glenwood Syrah Grand Duc develops an intense bouquet of red fruits, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is velvety and elegant, with soft tannins and complex layers of berry flavors and spices that linger for a long time.An ideal accompaniment to braised or grilled beef, lamb or strong cheeses - enjoy it at 16-18 °C to fully experience its multi-layered structure.

The Hall Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine full of character from the USA, more precisely from the renowned Paso Robles wine-growing region on California's Central Coast. The region is known for its warm, sunny climate with cool nights, which provides ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon and results in fully ripe grapes with an intense aroma and rather mild acidity. Hall Ranch established itself in the early 1990s as a new winery that wanted to bring the pioneering spirit of California into the wine glass with a fresh spirit.In the glass, the wine is a deep ruby red. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, particularly blackcurrant and ripe cherry, complemented by subtle spicy notes, slight hints of vanilla, cocoa and toasted wood, which indicate that the wine has been aged in barrels. On the palate, the Hall Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and juicy, with pronounced fruit, well-integrated, soft tannins and a pleasant structure. The finish is round and of medium length, with a good balance between fruit, spice and a subtle woody character.Overall, this wine represents good to very good quality in the style of a modern Californian Cabernet Sauvignon: fruit-driven, accessible and yet with sufficient depth and structure. We are convinced of this grape juice as a "total work of art", because rarely has a wine impressed us so much with its harmony and coherent appearance. It is suitable both for solo enjoyment and as an accompaniment to hearty dishes such as grilled meat, beef, lamb or savory dishes and offers an exceptionally good price-pleasure ratio.

A Rhone-style wine from California! Why not?The Hall Ranch Blend comes from Paso Robles, California and is composed of 73% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre, 2% Petite Sirah and 2% Syrah. The Hall Ranch winery produces modern, precise and terroir-driven wines; the grapes come from selected sites in Hall's own vineyards, where the warm, sunny climate is balanced by cooling maritime influences. These conditions ensure even ripeness and a high aromatic concentration.The Hall Ranch Blend is elegant and very velvety on the palate. The nose reveals intense aromas of dark berries such as blackberries and ripe black cherries, accompanied by notes of cassis, vanilla, cocoa and fine roasted aromas from the ageing in wood. The Hensel Höhenflug Cuvée red wine proves that the international grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah can also produce outstanding wines in Germany.Strictly selected grapes from the estate's best vineyards are blended together to create this cuvée. The wine smells of clove pepper and has notes of hot black pepper.
