The Thelema Merlot is an elegant, full-bodied red wine from the renowned vineyards of South Africa.It embodies a remarkable balance between gentle elegance and lively fruitiness. Ripe red cherries and juicy plums dominate the aroma and make for a seductive start that promises a tasty experience. The palate is round and harmonious, with a lingering, graceful finish that impressively underlines the finesse of the wine.During vinification, the grapes are carefully destemmed to preserve as many whole berries as possible. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is drawn off, transferred to storage tanks and placed in French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. The Thelema Merlot is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new barrels and the rest in older barrels, which adds depth, complexity and subtle spice.This Merlot is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, game, hearty stews or mature cheese. It is best enjoyed at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C to experience the full spectrum of aromas.

Tokara Director's Reserve Red 2021

The Tokara Director's Reserve Red has a deep purple color with red brick tones on the rim. An intense and complex wine with aromas of dark berries and cassis on the nose. There are also notes of dark chocolate, herbs such as fennel, wonderfully complemented by nuances of mint, which are so typical of Tokara wines. The creation of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon combines multi-faceted notes of black cherries, blueberries, currants, blackberries and plums. This impressive bouquet is complemented by notes of nut chocolate and nuances of roasted meat as well as thyme and lavender.On the palate, this red wine from the Ribera del Duero region is velvety and juicy, with a stimulating minerality and freshness.
