Dieser Chianti aus dem Hause Antinori verwöhnt mit einem Bouquet, das von schwarzen Kirschen, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Pflaumen geprägt ist. Scheiblhofer Mordor 2022

Mordor (‚Schwarzes Land‘) ist in der weltberühmten „Der Herr der Ringe“-Saga der Hort des Bösen in Mittelerde, dem fiktiven Schauplatz der Saga. Der Rotwein Scheiblhofer Mordor ist ebenfalls kraftvoll und zieht Genießerinnen und Genießer sofort in seinen Bann. Bedrohlich ist die Kreation aus dem Burgenland allerdings keinesfalls. Im Gegenteil: Glücklich kann sich schätzen, wer eine Flasche dieser hochwertigen Assemblage aus Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah (Shiraz) öffnen darf.Der tief dunkle, granatrote Wein duftet herrlich animierend nach schwarzen Brombeeren und Orangenzesten (dünne Streifen der äußersten, farbigen Schicht aus der Schale). Diese Noten harmonieren wunderbar mit einer rauchig-würzigen Untermalung und Tönen von Edelholz, Nougat und Schokolade. Am Gaumen ist der Rotwein aus dem Burgenland kraftvoll und dicht, wieder mit intensiv fruchtig-würzigen Aromen (Schokolade, Kirsche, leichte Süße im Nachklang). Die Tannine sind gekonnt harmonisch eingebunden.12 Monate wurde der österreichische Rotwein in neuen, französischen Barriques ausgebaut. Der Scheiblhofer Mordor ist noch bis in die frühen 2030er-Jahre ein Hochgenuss.

32 Monate im neuen französischen Barrique ausgebaut: Der Scheiblhofer Praittenbrunn ist ein monumentaler Rotwein aus Österreich, den Genießerinnen und Genießer nicht so schnell vergessen werden. Peter Moser greift in seinem Urteil im Falstaff-Magazin in die höchsten Punktekategorien und vergibt 96 von 100 Punkten.Der Bordeaux-Blend ist eine Kreation aus 60% Cabernet Sauvignon und 40% Merlot. Der Rotwein aus dem Burgenland vereint in seinem intensiven Bukett Noten von Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren. Dazu kommen wunderbar harmonierende Töne von Schokolade, Nougat und Tabak sowie von getrockneten Rosenblättern und unterschwellige Eukalyptusnoten.Am Gaumen ist die tiefgründig purpurfarbene Assemblage kraftvoll, mit präsenten, engmaschigen Tanninen und einer feinen Säure. Die traditionelle Cuvée duftet anregend intensiv nach Schwarzer Johannisbeere, Kirschen und Blaubeeren. Dazu kommen delikat würzige Noten von Gewürznelken sowie von Karamell, Tabak und Kaffeebohnen.Am Gaumen ist der Scheiblhofer The Legends weich und zugleich kraftvoll, mit vollem Körper, einer feinen Tanninstruktur und einer unterschwelligen Mineralität, die das Finale prägt. Ségla 2019

Ségla is the second wine from the renowned Château Rauzan-Ségla in Margaux. In the last two decades, Rauzan-Ségla has almost always been one of the top trio in the Margaux appellation, alongside the appellation's namesake and Château Palmer.The vintage was an extraordinarily good one, one speaks here of a vintage of the century. This is particularly true of Margaux, where the wines show a wonderful balance between fruit and the finesse typical of the appellation.The cuvée consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.The Ségla is now at the height of drinking maturity and impresses with its beautiful black berries, minerality, silky tannins and spicy notes.
