Seine Trauben wurden handgelesen und der Wein reifte für 18 Monate im Eichenfass.Uns gefällt besonders am l'Hospitalet, dass dieser Wein ein hohes Lagerpotential hat, allerdings auch in seiner Jugend, nach mindestens einer Stunde Dekantieren, schon viel Trinkspaß bereiten kann.Der l'Hospitalet de Gazin 2020 ist von einer großen Ausgewogenheit und Harmonie. Er zeigt vielschichtige Aromen, darunter Pflaumen, Tabak, viel Brombeere, Schwarze Johannisbeere, etwas Leder und Schokolade; die Tannine sind vorhanden, aber bereits jetzt schon von ausgezeichnetem Schmelz. Der Nachhall ist lang und würzig.Im food-pairing hervorragend zu Geschmortem, Gegrilltem, Entrecôte, Steak und natürlich auch als Solowein.

Only 853 bottles of this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon were filled - vinified exclusively in outstanding vintages and from the estate's best vineyard: Block 1, planted in 1999.
