Der KWV Roodeberg Red Blend von der wohl berühmtesten Weinkellerei Südafrikas ist legendär. Weinliebhaber von allen Kontinenten lieben die rote Mischung, deren genaue Zusammensetzung das Geheimnis des Winzers ist. In der Nase beeindruckt der rote Blend mit Aromen von gemischten Beeren, würzigen getrockneten Kräutern und Früchtekuchen. Hinzu kommen Untertöne von frischen Erdbeeren. Der fruchtbetonte Rotwein ist vollmundig und gehaltvoll mit Nuancen von Zedernholz und Anis, begleitet von einer üppigen Tanninstruktur und einem anhaltenden Abgang.

Delheim Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.

Der Warwick First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon hat eine tiefe rote Farbe. Im Bouquet rote Beeren sowie schwarze Johannisbeeren mit einem Hauch von Kräutern, ergänzt mit Vanille und Schokolade. Der Wein ist geschmeidig, vollmundig mit reifen Tanninen und guter Struktur.Der 100-Prozent Cabernet Sauvignon reifte 18 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern. Mit mehr als 20 Hektar Anbaufläche ist Cabernet Sauvignon die bestimmende Traube beim familiengeführten Weingut Warwick, das insgesamt über eine Anbaufläche von 56 Hektar verfügt. Die Ratcliffes erkannten schnell, dass sich das Terroir in der Provinz Westkap ideal für den Anbau von Cabernet Sauvignon eignet. Der erste Wein, den Norma Ratcliffe kreierte, war dementsprechend ein Cabernet Sauvignon. Deshalb trägt er auch den Namen „First Lady“.Der Wein passt gut zu Lammbraten, Eintöpfen und Schweinefleisch.

The That’s Neiss1 Rot trocken (dry) offers wine connoisseurs a wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet with notes of cocoa, red pepper, spicy ratatouille and fruity berry aromas. This red cuvée, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, comes from the northern Palatinate. It is well-balanced, not too heavy and has a pleasantly soft finish. Depending on the typical character of each vintage, this blend is complemented by local grape varieties or Shiraz.The THAT’S NEISS1 Rot trocken (dry) matured for 9 to 12 months in barriques. It is a lovely example of Rhineland-Palatine viticulture that offers a variety of taste experiences in addition to Riesling wines. This wine is also vegan-friendly.
