La Legende de Helios IGP

This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah has a complex bouquet with sweet notes of plums and violets. There are also a subliminal pepper notes and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the La Legende de Helios offers a fine fruit sweetness. The red wine from the Languedoc is round and supple. Delheim Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.
