Der Knipser Blauer Spätburgunder trocken duftet wunderbar facettenreich nach Himbeeren und Kirschen sowie Nuancen von Zigarrenkiste und Espressopulver. Am Gaumen ist der über 12 Monate im gebrauchten Barrique ausgebaute Rotwein aus der Pfalz fein und zugleich kräftig, mit einer guten Struktur. Der Spätburgunder wurde aus Trauben verschiedener Weinberge rund um Laumersheim komponiert.

The wine has a density purple colour. This Cuvée is cool and young, with pronounced notes of pepper. On the palate it is fruity, with notes of dark cherries, juicy plums, smoked bacon and a touch of red pepper. Powerful and smooth, well-balanced, it shows its full potential. Treat its still something impetuous tannins a bit of air in the glass.

Thomas Hensel is one of 20 wineries in Bad Dürkheim. His 17-hectare vineyard is located next to the local "airport" (airfield). Thomas is 35 years young, ambitious, energetic and courageous enough to be innovative. Classic Burgundy with notes of fresh leaves, hazelnuts and a hint of vanilla. By a subtle use of oak barrels the wine gains in complexity and flavor, without losing its freshness and unique character. On the palate it is dynamic and fresh with very lean structure.

Der Knipser Clarette Rosé trocken ist eine Komposition aus Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot und verschiedenen Cabernet-Kreuzungen. Der knackig-fruchtige Sommerwein duftet herrlich animierend nach Beerenaromen (Erdbeere, Cassis, …). Das Weingut Knipser hat einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu geleistet, dass die Weinregion Pfalz international großes Ansehen genießt. Auch mit diesem Rosé zeigt das traditionsreiche Weingut sein Können. Am Gaumen ist der Rosé intensiv fruchtig, saftig und wunderbar süffig. Der GAULT-MILLAU Weinguide lobt den Wein seit Jahren als einen der besten Roséweine in Deutschland und schwärmt in der 2013er Ausgabe: „Fast schon ein Aufputschmittel."Dieser Roséwein eignet sich hervorragend als Terassenwein oder in Begleitung zu leichten Speisen mit Meeresfrüchten.

That's Neiss Rot trocken

The That’s Neiss1 Rot trocken (dry) offers wine connoisseurs a wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet with notes of cocoa, red pepper, spicy ratatouille and fruity berry aromas. This red cuvée, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, comes from the northern Palatinate. It is well-balanced, not too heavy and has a pleasantly soft finish. Depending on the typical character of each vintage, this blend is complemented by local grape varieties or Shiraz.The THAT’S NEISS1 Rot trocken (dry) matured for 9 to 12 months in barriques. It is a lovely example of Rhineland-Palatine viticulture that offers a variety of taste experiences in addition to Riesling wines. This wine is also vegan-friendly. The Hensel und Gretel Cuvée Rotwein (red wine) is another joint project realised by the wine-makers Thomas Hensel and Markus Schneider. The wine-makers from the Palatinate share not only a deep friendship, but their passion for creating great wines as well. Thus it’s no surprise that they collaborated in the creation of the Hensel and Gretel Rotwein (red wine), amongst others. Both of them are particularly fond of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, which predominates in this red wine. The wine is a powerful deep red in the glass. On the nose, it is redolent of cocoa, vanilla, blackberries, cassis and dark cherries. The Hensel and Gretel Rotwein (red wine) is elegant and round on the palate, with wonderfully integrated tannins. The dry, boldly spicy wine has a fruity finish.The versatile Hensel and Gretel Rotwein (red wine) is an ideal accompaniment to pizza, pasta and similar dishes. It is also lovely to enjoy on its own – ideal for a cosy evening at home.

The Cuvée Clive is the flagship wine of the Graham Beck winery located in Robertson, South Africa. This outstanding sparkling wine is vinified only in vintages that produce grapes of particularly high quality. The wine-making expertise, deep passion and special commitment of the responsible cellar masters at Graham Beck unite here to create this sparkling wine. Not only do the exceptionally fine effervescence and the brilliant golden colour testify to the highest quality- the Graham Beck Cuvée Clive is distinguished by its elegance, sophistication and complexity. This sparkling wine, made using the traditional French method known as ‘methode champenoise’, and called ‘methode cap classique’ in South Africa, bears witness to the reputation of the world-class winemaker Graham Beck. The grapes come from vines that grow on pure limestone soils in direct proximity to the estate and in a vineyard located in Darling, giving this cuvée its racy acidity. On the nose, the Cuvée Clive offers balanced, powerful and ripe citrus aromas, along with fragrances of apricots, apples and roasted almonds. The spicy, fresh notes of citrus fruit are immediately noticeable on the palate, enriched by nuances of yellow stone fruit and nut aromas.
