Der Cielo e Terra Amaregis Amarone Riserva della Valpolicella DOCG ist ein intensiver und angenehmer Wein mit reichlich Noten von schwarzen Früchten und Brombeeren, gefolgt von einem Duft nach Balsamico und Gewürzen. Corvina und Rondinella Trauben wurden in diesem herrlichen Rotwein vermählt, der in Valpolicella vom italienischen Weingut Cielo e Terra erschaffen wurde.

Die Trauben werden selektiv geerntet und dann in kleinen Kisten 3 bis 4 Monate lang zum Trocknen gelagert. Dies geschieht in einer Umgebung, in der der Wind seine Arbeit tun kann, um Schimmel zu vermeiden. Sobald die Trauben ausreichend getrocknet sind, werden sie gepresst, verarbeitet und in Edelstahltanks gelagert. Schließlich reift der Wein vier Jahre lang in großen Eichenfässern.

The wine matured in oak casks for several years.On the palate, the Lenotti Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is simultaneously lovely and bitter, intense and velvety. This wine shows an excellent fullness, majestic aromas and an outstanding balance among all components, giving it ideal potential for prolonged ageing. The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a sensational masterpiece of taste and fragrance. The Amarone has an impressive elegance, ripe fruit and an inviting bouquet. It is ruby-red in colour and shows fine hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is impressively powerful, with warm, rich nuances of wild cherry and chocolate. The Amarone is a little jewel in the range of Zenato wines. It is made of the excellent Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes, which come from the Valpolicella Classico region from the municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. The grapes are harvested and picked by hand and subsequently dried for a period of three months. As a consequence, much of the liquid evaporates, resulting in berries that are extremely rich in sugar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 30 months in oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.
