The uniqueness of the Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC from the Italian winery Gorgo stems from the fact that it contains all the magic of Lake Garda, lending fascination and depth to a fresh, fragrant and sensual wine. The dry rosé is a delight at sunset and on warm summer days, but tastes good all year round and is also highly appreciated by discerning connoisseurs. It is simply an excellent accompaniment to the most diverse culinary and gourmet moments in life.Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara certified organic grapes undergo temperature-controlled maceration on the skins for six to eight hours. Miles Mossop The Introduction Chenin Blanc is an elegant white wine from the Coastal region of South Africa that highlights the versatility and finesse of the Chenin Blanc grape. Miles Mossop places particular emphasis on precision craftsmanship: each grape is harvested at the perfect point of ripeness and carefully guided through the natural winemaking process to create expressive, fresh and balanced wines - wines that impress with personality.For this cuvée, the grapes are harvested by hand at different times to optimally preserve both the fresh stone fruit notes and the riper yellow fruit notes of Chenin Blanc - without losing acidity or freshness. The fruit comes from old, unirrigated bush and trellis vineyards in Stellenbosch (84%) and the Swartland (16%). 80% of the wine fermented in stainless steel tanks, 18% in old French oak barrels and 2% in a concrete egg. After around three weeks of fermentation on natural yeasts, the wine matured on the lees for six months before being blended and bottled.In the glass, the Introduction Chenin Blanc has a brilliant, pale straw yellow color. The nose is complex, with aromas of white flowers, yellow peach, pineapple and citrus notes. Fresh yellow fruit opens up on the palate, complemented by grapefruit and stone fruit notes. The mid-palate is creamy, clearly structured and leads to a textured, slightly tart finish with a lively freshness.This wine is ideal on its own or as an accompaniment to light poultry and fish dishes, Mediterranean dishes or summer salads. Served at 8-10 °C, it develops its aromas to optimum effect. Suitable for early consumption, it will continue to develop over 3 to 5 years.

Raka Happiness Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc Brut

The Raka Happiness Sparkling impresses with its light straw yellow color and lively, fresh aroma. This sparkling wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and comes from the prestigious Klein River Valley wine-growing region in South Africa.On the nose, the wine reveals fresh citrus notes of grapefruit and kumquat, complemented by aromas of gooseberry and a hint of passion fruit. On the palate, it is tangy and lively with fruity lime notes and a crisp green apple finish.The grapes were harvested by hand and carefully sorted before processing. They were then placed directly into the press, where the must was left in contact with the skin for eight hours to intensify the aromas. After pressing, the juice was fermented with pure yeasts at around 16°C to ensure optimal fermentation. The wine matured after fermentation with increased yeast contact, giving it additional complexity. After natural clarification by gravity, the wine was filtered and carbonated at a pressure of 5.8 bar (at 20°C), bottled and labeled.The fresh and lively Raka Happiness Sparkling goes perfectly with light starters, seafood, sushi or as an aperitif. Enjoy it well chilled at a recommended drinking temperature of 6-8°C to bring out its fresh fruitiness.
